Modern apartments at a good location in Renon. Very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

No smoking area, yang merokok di teras depan rumah. Jadi tidak bau. Kamar tidur nyaman sekali (bersih, ac dingin, kasur luas dan tidak terlalu tinggi).

Dapur bersama dengan isi kulkas yg penuh, meski tidak sepenuhnya kamar-kamar terisi. Saya tidak menggunakan dapur, karena menginap juga hanya semalam.

Lokasi cukup strategis, meskipun tidak dekat dengan minimarket, setidaknya ada warung di depan lokasi. Jika disediakan sarapan pagi, mungkin lebih memuaskan.

Bestah Coliving akan jadi opsi tempat tinggal di kawasan kantor pemerintahan dengan harga yang cukup terjangkau.

The rooms were clean, quiet location and close to many warungs, restaurants, etc. Free water, tea and coffee as well as an excellent kitchen. Highly recommend

You can’t call the phone number, which means when you need help, you won’t get help from staffs. And they are not around during nights. Really bad service here. Don’t expect that it’s a fancy hotel or home stay. It just looks fancy…

Stayed here for about 5 months.
This place has the best internet connection on Bali I think, there is a router in each room.
The rooms are not so spacious, but they are clean and interior looks great.
There also some common spaces: nice pool, always clean kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook, free pool table and a coworking space.
The location is really good for the long stay: you will have a plenty of small grocery shops, supermarkets and laundries, coffee shops and restaurants. If you have a motorbike you can reach all of that just in 5 or 10 minutes. Sanur beach is very close. You can also use toll road to relatively quickly get to Nusa Dua.
Also there is decent parking lot for motorbikes and cars.
The last but definitely not least is the service. It’s impeccable. Everyone is polite and friendly. You can always get help in a seconds. The stuff here is paying attention to every detail, the common places are always clean, the furniture and kitchenware is perfectly arranged.

I made a booking via the application, when checking in the receptionist said there was an error in the application system, we were asked to add costs and we agreed.days passed, and when checking out we were asked again for additional costs for the price of the room.we also pay without debate, and this is what they get. 1 star from me.thank you.this place is so unfair.

Stayed here for the second time went to dps, location was very strategic you can easily find food and laundry around here, value for money is good too, the room was fantastic, the first room i was assigned to the ac was broken but i immediatly got assigned to another room.overall it was a pleasant stay.

Had a test for 2 days while back on November and chose Bestah Coliving due to its distance from the test location and reviews. It was the best decision ever made. The room was enough for me alone. Stayed at the room next to a pool (108) so I could jump to the water anytime. It gave me college student co-living vibes and helped me study. The water in the pool was fresh so swimming there did really help me reduce my anxiety before test and reached excellent performance. The staffs were friendly, one of them gave me a warm towel knowing me hitting the water a lot. It was easy to order food cause restaurants nearby. They have billiards too and a shared kitchen, also a space to hold a meeting or group studying. Would recommend

Stayed here from February - December 2022 and also have tried all of their room types.
Rooms:
Basically the same size except for balcony room, but again that's due to the balcony itself.
Pool side: the easiest access to kitchen. I stayed here the longest. Can be a bit humid especially during wet season. First floor rooms dont get enough sun lights. So if you looking for the sun, better to stay on second or third floor.
Balcony room: room size is the same but you hv more space for the balcony. Perfect for bookworms I suppose. Balcony rooms are located near the road part in front of the workshop so it can be loud during day time (except weekends). A bit noisy when the main street is busy.
Standard: the one in front of the workshop can be loud during day time. A bit noisy when the main street is busy. The other side is close to neighbour's water pump but those rooms receive sunshine the most. So choose wisely. I prefer the one in front of road.

Facility: no elevator but everything else is good. They have 2 fridges, water dispenser in every floor, microwave, oven, toaster, and all important kitchen utensils. Swimming pool is decent size. Pool table & meeting room (for rent) on second floor. Communal area on first floor is perfect for working. Internet connection is so good. Each room has their own router. Big thanks for this! An oh.dont forget the smart TV.

Cleanliness: zero complaint. Staff is meticulous. No stain on bathroom shower or tap - I hate stains. We wash our own dishes but we too lazy to store the plates, glass, etc to its place so the staff usually tidy it up after. They schedule general maintenance (pool, AC, etc) and let you know in advance should there be maintenance required in your room.

Price: the price keep going up. At some point it is understandable until I reach my budget limit as I stay there for months. Nonetheless you got what you pay for. Fairly spoken, I can see improvements during my 10-month stay.

Staff: more like friends! They are so helpful and polite. Bestah is often fully booked. They moved my room one time but they help me out with my stuff so it's no big deal for me. You guys are awesome!

Management: I can see the improvement with their WA booking agents. Once I had to reschedule my booking and they answered it fast. Previously they easily got confused with the bookings (based on my friends' experience). I also have some minor complaints during my stay but they got back to me fast. Keep it up.

Parking: not enough space for cars, can only hold 3-4 cars I guess, but again the staff will help to sort it out.

Location: dapur express, ATM (u named the bank), warungs, cafes, hospitals are nearby. The main downside is it's located in front of the workshop, but that shouldn't put you off. 10 mins away by bike to Sanur beach. I wish I could give 4.5 score for the location

+ Spent a week here, love everthing in Bestah. In the heart of Denpasar you can easily find everything you need such as scooter, grab gojek, laundry etc.

- the kitchen and trash bin should be deep cleaned at least once a week to a better visibility

Nice place to stay in denpasar.fair price (around $38-$50, depends on which room u stay in).
why? They got swimming pool, sharing kitchen, meeting room (not expensive if u wanna rent it), free wifi (eventho a few times wifi was down bc of the weather), billiard, parking spots (they got extra parking spot for cars which is not in front of bestah).

A bit noisy (on weekdays) if u stay in balcony, but thats what u get for that price.as ive said before, 'fair price'.

all staffs are friendly

Facilities were great and staff were nice, but the downfall was the internet. If you need to stream then the internet fails when there are many people staying on premise. Had to use internet from the common area to get decent reliable speeds. Fridge was also always full. Need a better system or just get a bigger third fridge.

Tempat nya bagus dan strategis, sya mmg ngk pernah nginap ke sana, tapi sering ke sana ntuk maitenance, tempat nya adem dan sejuk, pelayanan nya bagus, karyawan nya ramah Smua,

Pelayanan menurut saya tidak oke, pesan 2 malam diberikan kamar berbeda setiap malam, dengan alasan sistem. Dan diberikan kamar pengganti dengan bau cat kamarnya, akhirnya saya komplen tidak mau pindah kamar, alhasil diberikan kamar yg sebelumnya, tapi benar2 merepotkan.

Kalau toh mau nginap disini lagi, saya akan menanyakan dan pastikan, akan dipindah atau tidak kamarnya, karena kalau pindah kamar itu merepotkan sekali, dan jadi membuang waktu. Ya walaupun ya barang diangkat kan, tapi itu merepotkan.

Super nice coliving I've ever stayed in! I love the ambiance, the room, services, and facilities. All just perfect! The front door is using a smart lock so you can say it was safe, Only customers and staff who had the passcode can enter the house.

So bad i didn't take picture about this place. The place so clean, and the staff so nice. Room small but enough for me. U can stay here for months and for sure so safe. I only stayed for 1 night, because the next day go to another island from Sanur port.

Thanks bestah co living, sebenarnya saat reservasi by wa di infokan terdapat lift (karena sedang hamil besar butuh penginapan yg ada liftnya) ternyata saat tiba di lokasi tidak ada lift sama sekali & di berikan kamar di lantai 3, tapi untungnya team staff bestah co living sangat baik & professional, saya di pindahkan ke kamar di lantai 1 (free upgrade), semoga kedepannya reservasi by wa sesuai dengan fasilitas yang di infokan juga

Stayed here for 4 days. Overall good experience, with friendly n fast response staffs, clean room, great common space. The location is also nearby local foods so no issue with ordering online. Recommended for staycations, holidays, or if you would like to experience living in Denpasar for a change
