Good view & comfort room. It's a little small for such a good hotel. Maybe needs to expand the hotel area to make it more comfortable.

Clean and spacious rooms! I have a nice check in experience here, this hotel is really near with GWK you can just have minutes walk to go there, for the location is quite good near with cafes and eateries though you still not vehicle to reach there. The down side of this place is the only amenity is swimming pool and usually there is a traffic jam in front of the hotel due to near an intersection. Overall I enjoy my 2 nights stay here. Oh ya, if you want to get a massage but you dont want to be stuck on traffic jam, you should try the spa in this hotel. They have great promotion and the massage is also nice, really convenient just go down stairs and book your me time

Especially Puti, she made us feel safe when we arrived the hotel right after being afraid by a cab driver trying to threaten us.
I have lost the $350 cash by accident in the girl and they kept it in the envelop for me when I told them the incident.what a saviour!

Not only helping us through the rough time, every staff at this restaurant was so friendly. The HR lady came to check with us if everything is at satisfactory, the executive chef came around the amazing breakfast buffet to care about what we think.

If I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone todo so. Thank you so much sincerely.

Ada jam malam dong untuk pool, jangan kasih tamu naik basah2. Lift basah, lantai basah, jalanan basah.

Sangat baik dan pelayanannya ramah, kamar bagus dann nyamann, breakfast pun enak bisa ambil sepuasnya dan kolam berenangnya bagus dan luas makanan restoran hotelnya pun enak dan ada menu paket all you can eat bbq

Hotel baru yg rekomended banget, shower ngucur deras hot cool waternya bekerja dengan baik, kamar bersih nyaman, tidak ada kebisingan.

Kamar keren, pelayanan keren, makanan keren.ga ada minusnya deh.puas bngt ngabisin nyepi d sni, internet lancarrrr.

I like the location. Not too far from my city and close to gwk. The staff very humble and the room very clean. I stayed in 5th floor and the view is super cool. Look at this

Hotel is new which is very good. Rooms are comfortable however very very (!) slow service and poor breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. However, the wall is paper-thin. I could hear what the next door were doing, literally heard everything! Lucky when I heard the “free entertaiment” from next door, the kids were already asleep.

Could hear people talking in the corridor, the noise of the chicken and dogs in the morning. If you want a good night sleep, this is not the hotel that I would recommend.

There was no egg during breakfast and limited variation of food. Sound from adjacent room was heard.

Very clean and spacious room. The twin bed is 120 cm. The room is very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back again for sure

The hotel is withing walking distance to Garuda Wisnu Kencana. Some room types also offers the view of GWK statue. The hotel is cozy. The pool is so instragamable, you need to take a picture there
