Kamar nice banget tapi buat bangunan hotel lebih di perbaharui lagi biar makin mantap terutama pool nya

Mau ke pantai tinggal jalan kaki ke belakang.mau berenang tinggal buka kaca kamar.langsung nyemplung.

Villa dekat pantai benoa, indoor bersih, outdoor bersih, kolam setelah dibersihkan OK, sarapan ok, ada microwave dan kulkas

Service is excellent. Room is good. However, Jacuzzi was outside in the balcony which is of no use and further it was releasing smelly drain like water so total waste of money for jacuzzi. Hotel is sea side but beach is just for formality.

Private pool which is save for my pocket we also try 2 nite for bed room with outside bath tub and found that is a funtastic experience for the kids too. Whether the hotel isn't as big as the left and right hotel but very very suitable for us, the family which choose a middle of a luxury and a backpacker vacation, since we have little kiddos.

Hotelnya gak sangka kurang bagus lokasinya harganya mahal.letaknya masuk gang.kamarnya lumayan.makananya bukan bufe.tempet parkiran susah kalo bawa mobil mending cari yg lain

Kamarnya luas EnaK klo Sama keluarga view menghadap Laut Bunoa, Staff sangat sopan, profisional. Room ada bathup/mandi bisa Lihat laut.habis breakfast bisa jalan" di terimah list.

We stayed in the sea suites, the room was nice, staff were friendly and everything but if you are young adult 18/19 I wouldn’t recommend staying here it’s quite far from the ‘party’ area and the hotel doesn’t really have a vibe. Overall good stay though.

Saat baru datang sy sangat kecewa sekali dg hotel yg tampak biasa saja dan tidak punya tempat parkir, tempat parkir cuma muat 2 mobil selebihnya parkir di pinggiran. Setelah nyampe reception kekrcewaan sy msh ada, karena sy lihat di traveloka bagus n luas bgt kamar nya tp dr depan kok nampak tdk mewah ini hotel, akhirnya dg rasa kecewa sy diantar ke kamar setelah nyampe kamar rasa kecewa sy hilang krn lihat kamar yg sangat luas yaitu 76m2, berdih dan harum. Kamar mandipun sangat bersih ada shower n bathup menghqdap view laut yg sangat indah, tenang jauh dr keramaian. Tv besar, ada minibar dan tempat makan serta lemari putih bersih, ada kursi n meja di balcon utk duduk santai memandangi lautan nan elok. Ac bagus n dingin, tdk ada masalah, sprei n bedcover harum laundry dari sini rasa kecewa sy sdh hilang, akan tetapi utk breakfast cuma ala carte bukan buffe dan makanan sangat asin sy tdk bs makan sehingga mnt ganti ke croissan n toast. Juice sangat enak manggo n jeruk. Dikamar udah di sediain mesin pembuat kopi n teh. Giliran mlm hari sy lihat2 ke bawah di halaman dekat villa n pool nya masyaallah bagus sekali, dan sy sempet lihat pool yg di villa sangat bersih, recomended kalau ajak keluarga berlibur jauh dr keramaian. Saran utk makanan diperbaiki.utk staf cukup ramah, scurity biasa saja, lihat sy bw tas besar tdk dibantu malah dilihatin aja masyaallah

Today we just check in, when we checked in the 2 girls in reception didn't even greeting us. One of them asked my passport then asked my credit card to double check if the booking is under the same name, I was so dissapointed. I think passport is more valid than credit card. I wish I can cancel the booking and get money back and moved to other hotel which more welcome and friendly.

Nice and cute boutique hotel with beach side view. Property isn't as big as the ones surrounding it but the rooms are spacious with jacuzzi facility provided. Nice place to stay if you're more concerned about having a lavish room rather than a huge property.

Okayish hotel with no restraunt and surrounded by magic maestros who dupe you for forex service.beware of too good to be true exchange rates.

Hotel dengan letak agak tersembunyi, tidak sesuai dengan ekspetasi kami.

Negatif nya:
- lobby panas
- kamar agak kotor (seprai, kulkas & bath tub) untuk kulkas kita komplain langsung dibersihkan
- breakfast nya yg western lumayan, yg indonesia gak enak, sayang dapat porsi nya juga sedikit
- lantai 1 sea view namun terhalang pohon & bangunan

Positif nya:
- sangat dekat pantai
- staff ramah
- ac dingin
- saluran tv & internet OK

Sepertinya kami akan coba hotel lain kalau ke tanjung benoa

Horrible experience. I booked an ocean view room and I got none. In fact room provided does have not natural view at all. Be very careful with this hotel. Lower staff is good but they don’t have any powers. I hope management improves and stop such unethical and unprofessional practice.

Kamar Bagus dan muraahh, cocok untuk honeymoon, tapi akses agak masuk gang, dan pantai benoa tidak terlalu bagus
