Bendesa Hotel

Didn’t expect this hotel to be the most expensive one we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Indonesia, however, that was the case after accounting for the 1.3million rupiah (£65), stolen from my wallet by the staff.

Pay a small amount more and stay somewhere more reputable. After reading other reviews it seems theft is commonplace at this hotel (both in rooms and with left luggage), it’s just not worth the risk.

The staff showed us a few minutes worth of CCTV footage after “reviewing” hours worth. Miraculously, but unsurprisingly, nothing was found.

Our bags were left with the hotel staff with 2 Mil rupiah in a wallet inside. Several hours later we return to find our bags in the same position they were left (in a staff only area), but with the only 700k left in the wallet (presumably leaving some in the hopes of us not noticing for a few days).

Plenty of waffle and nonsensical excuses from the staff. No resolution was offered and we left out of pocket.

Their pools not bad to be fair to them! I personally don’t think it’s worth risking the security of all your belongings though, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

It was great for the price
Breakfast was included and delicious, and the room was well maintained so there were almost no bugs.
The swimming pool was deep, the temperature was nice, and the accommodation was pretty.
Recommended cost-effective accommodation!

Great place and good value for money.
Definitely back again.

The downside are not all rooms have water heater.

Hotel dengan pelayanan yg baik, pegawai nya ramah tempatnya bersih parkir luas.kalo ke Bali pasti nginep disini lagi

Bagus tapi saya lebih suka hotel yg modern. Bukan yg model bangunan lama. Tdk ada air mineral dan gelas untuk bikin minum kemasan.

Air panasnya tidak jalan. Hanya beberapa kamar saja. Aroma kamar juga sangat lembab. Kurang bersih.

Tempat nyaman, dekat kemana mana
Ditengah jalan Legian
Kekurangannya beberapa kamar tidak disediakan untuk air panas (teko listrik)
Beberapa kali minta no respon

I had booked this hotel room with AC. I had taken all the money with me, but I lost my wireless earphones which I left in hotel.
The AC are old and not properly functional, rooms are very old and bathroom stinks.

Cocok untuk yg mau istirahat, tempat nyaman, Asri, bersih, Harga kamar terjangkau, lingkungan tidak berisik walau berada di daerah Legian, pelayanan baik dan ramah

WASPADA NGINAP DIHOTEL INI.emas dan dollar ku hilang saat kamar di bersihkan tanpa pemberitahuan pemilik kamar.

Pada tgl 27-12-22 jam 10: 00 kami tinggalkan kmr pergi jalan, dan sepulang dari jln, pas masuk kmr udah rapi, dan kotak emas berisi emas hilang di atas meja rias, dan uang 50 dollar singapore di dlm dompet dan dompetnya dlm koper juga hilang, gak ada kejelasan dari pihak hotel.

Posisi hotel strategis banget dekat dengan Kuta. Sekitaran hotel banyak cafe dan resto, toko souvenir dan tempat massage.
Pool nya bersih meskipun mungil.
Parkiran lumayan luas.
Jalan masuk nya agak tidak kelihatan dari jalan raya Legian.

Definitely will come back. Long stay here during my work vacation in bali. So here is the recap:

pros:
- helpful staff they clean my room every twice in a week
- big bedroom including refrigerator and personal bathroom
- clean swimming pool
- wide parking area
- sharing kitchen

cons:
- cons only come from other guests that they are so bossy regarding kitchen usage and tell everyone what we have to do and dont do. So better buy your own coffee machine electric glass just to boil the water and magic warmer rice cooker to make rice and away from debate unimportant things
- kitchen and sharing dining room become the place if you want to get hot gossips in between other guest and that is so annoying. Some persons who stay here and have lots of time maybe unemployed and able to talk other person's life

but overall the owner manages this place very well. Like oasis in hustle bustle Legian street during the night

This hotel just received some makeover and now looked very nice and modern. The bathroom is clean

Have stayed here on 3 seperate occasions great price for the quality. In the heart of Kuta and the club's but set in a quiet lovely garden setting with pool. When in the hotel you would never believe the Kuta caos is outside
