It was one of the best experiences we had. Really enjoyed every minute we were there. Breakfast was great and in in-room dinner service was amazing.

Marvelous experience again. This was our 5th time in a year. This hotel is our home in Bali the staff remember us every time!

We recently spent one week at the Belmond Jimbaran Puri resort and it's one of the best resorts we've stayed at. Location was great, right on the beach, the perfect place to watch the sunset each night, with a cocktail in hand. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe pool villa, the photo's don't do it justice, simply divine. I think though for me, whilst the rooms, location and food was amazing, the stand out was the service, and the staff, they were exceptional, special shout out to Carlos and Widi, who made our stay soo memorable and nothing seemed to be a hassle. There are a lot of resorts in Jimbaran, the difference for The Belmond is how the team make you feel like family. We can't wait to come back and visit our Jimbaran Puri family!

I have extremely high standards and spend a lot of the year staying in hotels with work and I can safely say that the Jimbaran Puri is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I went with high expectations - it is a Belmond right? But they were surpassed. The food was superb, the rooms were lovely; simple but spotless and very comfortable. The pool and gardens were well maintained but what makes this hotel are the employees. They are phenomenal, every single one of them. They all go out of their way to help you, they have a genuine smile on their faces and treat everyone as a treasured guest. There are too many for me to mention them all but Widi in pool bar, Adi and Sentana were all stand outs. Thank you so much. I will be back.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I have visited several times over 25 years and its paradisiacal gorgeousness has never changed. It's pricey, yes, but everything about it is magical.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was excellent, but we were also close to other facilities so we weren't trapped in the resort.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The beach was clean, because they cleaned it every day.

I don't think there was anything that needed improvement.

It is Asia, however, so expect to see opulence and squalor separated by only a stone wall. And drive at your own peril. It was easy enough to hire a car and a driver for AUD$50 a day so driving made no sense anyway.

We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

One of the most truly magical places we have ever stayed. The staff were just so warm and welcoming. Also getting upgraded from a small cabin to a private villa with pool.we are not worthy.

What a gem this place is. We got off on a bit of a rough footing but with just speaking to the Management team things turned around 180 degrees and what a stay it has been!

The resort is stunning, quiet and completely blissful. It feels like a real hidden gem. The cottages and villas are massive, most of them with pools (very decent size ones) which means it never gets too busy around the swimming pool. The Balinese feel of the whole resort really takes the Bali experience to another level and the fact that it is right on the beach ensure stunning views and complete serene joy!

Initially, I thought that the absence of a kids club would be a real set back as our 7 year old likes to partake in lots of kids activities but in reality the activities that the hotel planned were out of this world and what a great way for a young one to understand Balinese culture and get immersed in it. Activities included jure making and flying, Balinese egg painting, canangsari making and temple visit (we did this twice) and Balinese cooking classes (twice as well) and first light ceremony. Put daughter was is taken in by the Balinese culture that we had to go buy a few Balinese outfits for her and she wore them our time here.

The Management (especially Yudi) and the entire service team are simply amazing, nothing is too much for them and they literally bend over backwards to help you out. We are completely bowled over by how much them have done for us over our 10 day stay here.

Chef Adi and the rest of the restaurant team are superb and really impressed us with their flexibility to ensure that our food /dietary requirements/choices were fully considered and catered to. They couldn't have done more for us with always looking after our needs and offering complimentary desserts to our little one and indulging her with cooking lessons.

What a stay. Home away from home! Cannot wait to be back and cannot recommend this beautiful resort enough!

What an amazing experience we had staying at Belmond Jimbaran Puri. Impeccable service from the ever smiling staff. A special mention to the Food & Beverages team for accomodating our Vegetarian dietary requirements. The food was very delicious! Thanks for your lovely hospitality and making our stay so enjoyable!

I have worked and lived in Bali for more than 30 years and this property is on of my all time favourites beautiful grounds small number of bungalows warm friendly staff you must stay here at least once

Perfect sunset time!
Stunning view. Wonderful staffs. Great place to spend with friends for drinks. I like the chips and nuts that come along with the cocktail.

Delicious dinner and fantastic service right on the beach. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the natural-looking architecture, thatched roofs, and creative touches such as original artwork on the front of each menu. Great way to finish off the day for our daughter's birthday, thank you and congratulations on such an awesome place!

The hotel was wonderful, great location, really loved the character of the hotel and the environment was pleasant & welcoming. It was even better than expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Beyond 5 stars! Everything exceeds ones wildest dream of a resort. On top they have the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful with every wish. This is indeed a place you do not want to leave, and when you do it is with one hope – to come back. Also, the sunset in Puri Bar is absolutely marvelous!

My favorite spots for sunset whenever in Jimbaran if you are a dog lover this place isn’t for you however i still love coming back to though. Food is delicious fine dining or a romantic dinner by the beach is highly recommendable

Belmond Jimbaran Puri is a great place to relax.
The pool villa are very spacious, and clean. The swimming pool in the villa is perfect size compare to a lot of other establishment.

Service is very friendly, buggy available to go around the property, drinks are very tasty. Looking forward to come back here again!

Went there with 2 girlfriends for a sunset. At first they didn't allow us to sit in the sunbed but after we ordered and asked again, they allowed us to sit there. Abit pricey but worth going for a sunset by the beach.
