Beji Ubud Resort

We have been enjoying our stay here at Beji. The grounds are very pretty.
So many beautiful swimming pools to choose from, none of them were busy during our stay. Clean and well kept.
We were originally in one of their Lumbung Family Rooms, but switched midstay due to not wanting stairs and the outhouse type bathroom. They were accomodating in letting us change rooms and ended up in one of their Delux Family Garden rooms instead.
It is worth noting that they have multiple of the same room types with slightly varying configurations. They are not all equal in comparison to the pictures on their website.
You can either pick out all the imperfections, or you can appreciate all the things that are good.
Overall, we definitely got all that we needed in staying at Beji. Clean rooms, clean beds and bathrooms.
Air-conditioning, bar fridge to keep our drinks cool. Our booking included breakfast, which I was grateful for the diversity of their daily selections.
All the staff we experienced were friendly and helpful.

We had a very lovely 2 nights stay at Beji. Eventhough it was during the high season and the hotel was fully booked, it was very quite and we barely saw the other guests, since the resort is very big with many pools. The staff was also extremely friendly. There is a circle k (mini market) right infront of the hotel, which is very convenient aswell as many delicious restaurants.

We had the most exceptional few days at this lovely hotel! Super location, pools, food and staff.

All the staff were so good with our kids and really made this a super experience and a place we would want to come back to. I really enjoyed the restaurant and going between pools

Our room worked out, but was pretty ‘quirky’ and was relieved my kids didn’t hurt themselves. I heard some other guests moaning about no hot water and dodgy aircons, so something to inspect immediately at check in if reading this.

Very run down hotel. Room mouldy, out of date, cold water, located next to derelict buildings that are part of the resort. Definitely not worth the money.

The staffs are friendly and the hotel environment is nice with forest view, but the room is awful as there're so many ants, even on the pillow and bed, on both levels of the room! The bathroom is old and not very clean, the overall room needs to be refurbished.

The hotel actually pretty nice, the room was good, the staff also kind and helpful. For advice maybe improve maintanace on the garden

The bath tub was great and they have netflix. Enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights stay here. The location is so great. Near great restaurants and near the activity place. I love the view of the pool, the room is big and staff were so friendly.

We planned our trip of 10 days in bali but due to extreme health reasons of my mother we have to cancel our trip at very last moment. All other booking were human enough to cancel our booking without any charges on knowing about the reasons but this property has more to money than to humanity

The hotel’s surroundings, pools and plants/flowers are stunning. The staff is lovely and smiling. Communication via WhatsApp was good too. However, the hotel’s condition seems to be vastly deteriorating. I’m aware of the difficulties post-pandemic and I traveled here during the wet season. Nevertheless, we encountered a few difficulties. Firstly, I booked a room for 3 people via hotel’s website and was sent an invoice for 3 people but on arrival, I was asked whether I have ordered an extra bed and was informed that our room is not ready,
as it doesn’t have the extra bed. Well, frankly, I thought I don’t have to if I booked for 3 people and hotel seemed to acknowledge it. We were given another family room and it was very dirty and felt as it wasn’t used for a while with cob webs around the beds. The pain peeling off the walls. Towels and bed sheets had stains (as in from an old age). The toilet seat had deep brown yellow stains and it was repulsive. The washbasin had dust and dirt all over. It was too late to talk to anyone so we stayed there for one night. The next day we changed the room for the one we originally booked. It was cleaner and nicer. White-once towels were grey and frayed. Our room wasn’t prepared for 3 guests, with everything set for 2, towels, glasses, water bottles. The water in the shower and toilet was on and off, so we needed to wait once in a while for it to come. After heavy rain, our roof started to leak, luckily not on our beds but we had a paddle in the middle of the room. The only alternative room was the one from the first night so we decided to stay in the leaking one. Regarding breakfast (included in the room price) it’s modest. The best and biggest option is fried noodle. It’s quick when you’re alone, with 2-3 more tables you may wait a while. The internet works well. Overall, it feels like this hotel had its glory times. It’s a bit of a shame, as it’s truly beautiful, expect for unmaintained rooms. I’d recommended it for the outdoors but you need to be lucky with your room.

The room was good and clean. The employees were not really special-nice for the standard I got used to in Indonesia. The breakfast was okay. But all in all I would come back because of the amazing pool and view.

We stayed in a deluxe double room but is was in a very delapidated state. The lamps were rusty and paint was peeling from walls. The villa beside ours was gone into a completely delapidated state for some reason so it ruined the view from the room balcony. The only plus of the property is the infinity pool but even the surrounding area there needs some cleaning and painting. I understand Covid has been tough for businesses however the rooms need real updating.

Saya suka dengan lokasinya, pinggir jalan besar dan kolam renang berada di pinggir hutan ubud. Harga tidak terlalu mahal. Menu sarapan tidak banyak. Kalo anda ingin tinggal di dekat hutan ubud disinilah lokasinya

Amazing hotel with really cheap beautiful rooms. The 5 pools are all amazing with a view over the jungle. Right in the heart of Ubud minus all the hustle and bustle and noise.

Rooms are dirty and in desperate need of modernisation. This is not a cheap hotel for Bali! The food, the service and the general condition of the property are below par compared to competitors. The only reason its popular is for an Instagram snap at the pool!

Very relaxing bueatiful resort, The Garden room is very spacious & clean air conditioner keeps the large room cool and the air conditioner is quiet.

Its an old villa in Ubud with many swimming pools, if you bring kids than its the place to stay. Is 100 m away from the main street, so no sound of vehicle. Many wild animals like birds, squirrels and monkeys are found in the area. But as it is an old villa, some of the facility is not in good condition. Drain plug of the bathtub not working, sink drain slow, etc. But the food is OK. If you need a forest look establishments here you might like it

The best infinity pools! Incredible rainforest view. Very relaxing. Good price for the amenities. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Hot water didnt work but they fixed it quickly.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. This is a great place to stay if you want to be fairly close to the city center but have the feeling that you are remote. The valley view is fantastic. The free breakfast was always delicious with LOTS of choices.
