There aren't many places to eat!
The air conditioner doesn't work well!
The Wi-Fi situation is bad!

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was an amazing place to stay. Rooms are spacious and the staff are super accommodating. The drinks on offer are also super cheap. After we checked out we were allowed to leave our bags at the Homestay whilst we went and had a mooch elsewhere as we were killing time for a flight. The ac works very well, just need to angle it right. The only quarrels we had with this place is that staff made up the rooms regardless of whether you wanted it or not (would be nice to have a do not disturb sign to put on the door as we don’t like our room being cleaned whilst we stay there). Also there were some slight stains on the top of the bed sheets but nothing too serious. Furthermore the power cuts out daily, but just ask the staff and they can reset the breaker for you. The location is right next to the main road which makes it easy to get transportation but you can also walk anywhere from here. Overall, lovely place to stay, staff are super nice and helpful and the rooms are good for the cost

Akses tidak jauh dari jalan sunset road, harga murah, kamar cukup luas & bersih terdapat teras/balkon untuk santai/r.rokok. Palayanan oke dan ramah. Terdapat area parkir kendaraan.
Kamar mandi cukup bersih & air kencang.

Seriously this place is my favorite from all I stayed in places in Bali … the room is clean, bed is comfortable, ac works well, shower also working good, the water presure running well, cleaning everyday, good location, close to the sunset road but quite area, price also affordable, the staff n owner are super welcome and helpful ️️️️️ saddly they are not accepting monthly stay!

Nice owner, stayed for two nights. Room was standard. Pretty safe, there'll be someone at reception most the time. Defo rent a scooter if you know how to ride one. Youll be around 10 minutes from anywhere you want to go to eat.

Beji Ayu Homestay is the wonderful hidden gem for budget travellers. The best part about this homestay is the kind service and hospitality. The 'consierge' Mr. Ketut, is very kind and helpful. I stayed in high season, I've had trouble with the electricity of my room, and mr. Ketut did very well to give solution to this by transferring me to other rooms. They also offer bike rental at absolutely worthy price! The room was spacey and more than worthy for the price. Thankyou Beji Ayu Homestay, for helped making my holiday a great one.

Saya senang sekali menginap di sini, bapak nya ramah, baik, help full, ruangan nya bersih, nyaman, AC nya dingin, dapat welcome drink, fasilitas nya komplit, ada refrigerator, hot water, TV, Wi-Fi, seprei nya bersih. Kejalan utama juga tidak jauh. Hanya untuk masuk ke lokasi jalanan nya tidak aspal & berbatu, bangunan menyamping jadi kurang terlihat

Absolutely loved this place. Great value for money. Good location, comfortable room, great bed and sheets. The rooms are very clean, they have a private balcony and A/C.the owner is just lovely, very attentive to detail.
You can hire a motorbike right there.
I gave it 4 starts because it doesn’t have breakfast, but the rooms have a fridge and kettle with complimentary coffee and water.

The TV was very big. Everything else was very good, and affordable at 210k IDR during the busy season. The owner was very helpful. The smelly trash heap overlooking the terraces almost ruined the stay. Luckily, it did not get very hot, so the smell did not enter the room. I would not return with my wife due to the risk of this trash becoming smellier, but I may take the risk if I'm on my own.

The owner is extremely welcoming and is more than happy yo give out tips on what to do in the area and how to travel around Bali!

Strategically located near Seminyak and Legian, a pity that the only way to go in and out is through Sunset Road where the traffic towards Nakula and Dewi Sri junction is pretty bad most of the time. Clean room, cold AC, white towels and bed sheet, the minus is only the bathroom where there's a smelly odour came out from the sink's drainage. The hot water is enough for one quick shower then we have to wait for a few minutes for the second shower. The toilet only for one flush then we also have to wait for the water tank to be refilled. For a couple of thousands rups extra I'd rather go to a hotel.

Excellent hosts, very accommodating. Very clean rooms with nice extra touches e.g. Fresh towels every day and complimentary tea and coffee with the kettle in the room.

Awesome! Ketut and his family are awesome and very hospitable, I will miss them when I leave!
Clean place with good ac.if you drive it's close to the beach and some good breakfast spots!
