16Kardana is a master of his craft. I would fly from NY just to eat anything he makes. My wife and me had our honeymoon dinner and he totally crushed it for us.
Best restaurant out of all the restaurants in Ritz - the most atas Babi I’ve had and it did not disappoint - very succulent and soft meat.they were only open for dinner. Staff warned that the sambal was spicy, but it wasn’t.
We had a lovely dinner at Bejana on 9/20/23 and had the best experience because of our lovely waiter, Adib. He was very professional and helpful. My family and I would definitely dine there again because the food was so delicious and if we get Adib again as our waiter it would be a plus. The Ritz Carlton is lucky to have him on their team.
On 9/20/23 we reserved a table for 6 and Adib was our waiter. Abid was amazing, he gave us great food suggestions and was able to repeat back our entire order without taking notes. He was extremely attentive to our needs. RC is lucky to have Adib as a waiter.
One of the best, upscale Indonesian restaurants in Bali, allowing to really have a nice mix of local cuisine with fantastic service and wonderful atmosphere.
Main restaurant on property that makes for a nice time out and a great cooking lesson if you want insight into Balinese cooking. The staff was truly amazing and the view is just as great. You’re in good hands here no matter what and I would recommend an experience here.

Very good value for the price - 618K IDR for 2 people, with 2 appetizers, 1 soup, 5 main courses and a fruit platter, and your choice of rice - more than we can eat already. We especially like the beef, it’s cooked to very soft and delicious. Would definitely recommend among other restaurants in RC.
Service was great but food was disappointing. Papaya salad was the worst I had tasted in Bali. No flavour at all. Fish tasted ok, but the salad on the side was overly spicy. Was hoping to have a enjoyable night but huge disappointment.
Staffs are very friendly, attentive and helpful.
We seldom have Indonesian food, but its great to try some.

Fantastic ocean sunset view in the balcony from high hill. A nice restaurant to enjoy indonesian food specially Bali in fine dinning, various cocktail and nice staff service to make your dinner memorable
Cozy ambience but the Indonesian food isn't that authentic. Perhaps they tried to please every pallets?

The best Indonesian meal I had thus far. Very attentive service, excellent ingredient quality, great preparation and presentation. The Lobster and Prawn Sate were phenomenal. Nice cocktail selection and stunnibg decor
Great service, but the food was terrible. Roasted Duck was tasteless and the Lamb Shank was undercooked and also tasteless
