They did a fantastic job on my eyelashes, manicure and pedicure and the girls are so lovely there and they have the most comfortable chairs EVER! They're like beds!

They did an amazing lash lift and gel pedicure for me. So happy. They’re really good at what they do! Very gentle and lash lift did not hurt or burn my eyes. Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve had lashes for last 3yrs and never experienced pain

I had booked in for removal and full set.
Dina was running 30min late and decided wasn’t enough time so she changed my apt on arrival to an infill. Not ideal as was someone else’s work and needed set to last longer than an infill but what can you do.
She was sick and sniffing and coughing lots

Super painful removal, lots of tugging and pulling and ripping of lashes. Has to ask her to stop many times as was so painful. Making me yelp

When infill had been done, there were sharp almost needle like pains on both inner and outer section of one eye
She sent me on my way like this without wanting to resolve as she had another client.

Was in so much pain over the rest of the day it was making me want to vomit as was triggering something at back of nose going into my throat. Horrendous experience
Went back as couldn’t open my left eye properly.

She was rude and grumpy. Slamming bottles and products around and complaining to her colleagues and then telling me it was my previous lashes that were the issue.
Such a joke.

To top it off I made the mistake of getting a brow tint with the original apt.
Ive natural brown hair and asked for a simple natural brown tint.
She said she was going to do coffee color
I said that didn’t quite sound like the right match for a natural brown, but she insisted it was the right color.
She died my eyebrows ginger!
Yes I’m laughing too as sounds awful when I write this and it was last month but most def not at the time!
Turns out when I went to another place several days after, they confirmed their products most have had bleach in them.
Horrific experience.
The good reviews are here potentially because of Nails.

Please save yourself the trauma and go somewhere else!

The studio is in a really central location and it’s lovely and clean. The ladies were really lovely and the treatment was relaxing and I’m really pleased with the results. Very well priced too. My friends and I got manicures and pedicures. The nails look great but definitely the most painful session I've ever had. Two of us ended up with bleeding cuticles.

I followed my intuition and just walked into this place off the street! They were able to fit me in for an gel manicure + pedicure appointment a few hours later. When I got there, I spontaneously asked if I could do my lashes and brows too. They accommodated me and I had all 3 girls working on me at once! One on toes, one on hands and the other on my lashes/brows prices are VERY affordable - lower than several other places I looked. I can’t say anything about how long the lashes/brows/nails last because I just got them, but so far I’m happy with the quality ‍️ it’s a quiet, no-frills space - no real vibe or ambiance and no massages or spa type treatments with the nail services. Just the polish only and a comfy chair to sit in while getting face services. I do feel like the brow lamination should include a wax, because otherwise if you have any overgrown or stray eyebrow hairs, they become VERY noticeable and affect the look once you laminate them. But overall it was really a good deal for the money and I’d go back. Thanks ladies:)

Well the staff is pleasant but that’s the case everywhere in Bali. Other than that absolutely not hygienic, same instruments for everyone, haven’t seen them clean any, led machines used for both hands and feet, haven’t seen them being cleaned after. My gel chipped after a week, I came for reparation and wasted my time again. They fixed it, it chipped of again in another week. They fixed it again and it chipped in couple of days again when I left already so couldn’t come back but anyway had to waste my time coming back each time. Price is also absolutely not worth it. I would pay 30usd in Dubai in a basic but still hygienic real nail salon for same service but gel would hold for 3 weeks, here it was 21usd in a very trash salon, with doubtful hygiene and manicure didn’t hold a week.

The second time I was with Dina. I'm a bit of a scared when it comes to eyelashes because unfortunately I've had a few bad experiences here in Bali too. For 10 years, I only went to the same one in my country, but when I moved away to Bali, I had to look for a new person. I am so grateful to have found Dina. She is kind, fast and very talented. I can't even feel her working on my eyes at all. First time I got a natural set, second time a Russian volume. I'm very very happy with both, as long as I live here in Bali she will definitely be my eyelash expert. I would come to her from other parts of Bali, that's for sure.
