This company does not have the skill set in house to provide all the documentation for customs clearance.when unable to provide document they run away from responsibility of providing.

Cooperation with Bayus Cargo was a great experience for us. Firstly, their manager Dewade who was responsible for contact with us and general coordination. You can rely on him, he is always for you, can solve all problems.

Would not recommend using this company. We shipped furniture with them from Bali to London. After paying them an agreed sum which was meant to cover EVERYTHING expect for taxes and duties at our end it transpired that they used an agent to handle the shipping at an extra cost of £600 to us. They also sent the package to Southampton, not to London as agreed. If you want to ship anything from Indonesia to the UK, I would recommend getting in touch with a UK based company and sorting things out that way round.
