The hotel's pool and view are very good, the view of the bungolaw houses is also good, but the road to the hotel is very bad, stony and difficult, the breakfast is very small and very limited, the rooms are not very clean, the corners of the toilet and the bathroom are open, some small animals and insects come from here, and heads come from the other side. It's good for listening, but if I were to come back to the island, I would choose a more comfortable location. The toilets at the entrance are very dirty and neglected staff are friendly but not professional. We paid approximately 510,000 rupees per day. After 10 o'clock in the evening, everything is closed. We walked around for about 10 km. The last time we got a package was from somewhere. We were able to find something. Internet does not work in rooms, which is quite problematic

10/10 money for value - Very nice location with an awesome pool and incredible view. Good rooms and great service. Food is basic but fine.

Location is very convenient, near to the harbour. Rooms are superb. View from the room and the property is exceptional. Staff is very helpful. They have decent vegetarian options on their menu. Only drawback is that the property does not accept card payments.

Great spot to chill after a long day of riding across the island.

They serve decent breakfast, the other food you can order from local restaurant or they can do it for you.

You can order a massage there for +- 230k 60min

Bungalows are just fine - it's obvious they can be some bugs and geckos.

I started reading the “bad reviews” and it’s really sad that tourists have such “problems” and can write something bad about this place.

Starting with astonishing view, this is a quiet place, in the middle of hills and nature - not next to main road which is busy of taxi drivers and scooters. Thanks to it you can have the best ever sunrise in your life, surrounded with birds and just quietness.
Staff is very helpful, all the time present in the hotel, breakfast is fresh and tasty, I can fully recommend banana pancakes! Hotel doesn’t have restaurant for lunch/dinner but that’s not a problem because close by is great night market (4 min driving) and other tasty restaurants.
Bungalow was clean, everyday cleaning with bottles of fresh water.
First time in my life I actually more enjoyed staying and chilling in hotel rather that exploring the island.

We have a great time here. The view is so nice and it located in very calm and well situated area. Even though they can improve facility since the fridge didn't work and the shower head fell off. It was still a nice stay with amazing staff

1, when it rains, water gets in the room, and not just in one, but several. It goes through the roof, but also the ceiling slopes to the room, so all the water flows in
2, services: they not only have no kitchen, not even a clear water machine, which is like standard everywhere in Indonesia, since you can't drink the water
3, The "hotel" is situated in the middle of nothing, you can't walk anywhere, but they also offer no taxi service, so you are literally stuck here
4, Service personnel speaks hardly any English
5, If asked, they order you food from a local restaurant, that serves a 1/4 size of everything for a highly above prices. If you tell them not to offer this restaurant to guest, they excuse themselves, next time asking for a good restaurant they offer you the same place. Obviously for the commission.
5, The rooms are equipped with refrigerator, but be aware plugged in doesn't means it is on, you have to turn a switch inside the refrigerator - of course, you have to figure this out yourself, no explanation or any information is provided.
6, being a diver, left my breathing equipment in the lobby, they throw it our to the terrace, altogether with all my other equipment.
7, the garden could look great, only if they were taking care of it.they are not.
8, in the evenings, the single personnel goes to the ceremony, leaving the place completely abandoned from the staff side.
9, Red ants all over the place. I know this is not urban area, but they do nothing about it.
10, "Bathroom" smells of urine all the time.
11, electric plugs; there are two for the night light, one for the refrigerator. Period.

What can i say? I still in love with Indonesia, Nusa Penida is a developing but nice area (still kinda untouched). There are places i would recommend on this island, not this one.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is silent and relaxing. It's a little remote but you can simply rent a motor here and go everywhere. Clean rooms. I love the view.

Nice & quiet place. Nice room, comfy bed. Dont expect a nice breakfast here, dont ever pancake for breakfast. Nice staffs.
