Really a simple process. I chose express and it was ready in 4 days. Only had to go to denpasar for fingerprint and picture once and everything was arranged there so I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment. Smooth & recommend!

This is my go-to place for Indonesian visa. They are professional, well knowledged, very friendly and would respond to your messages quickly and easily. They provided me with lots of options and tried to help me pick those that would cost me less. They made the process very simple for me where I had to do nothing except for submit a copy of my passport and photo. I received my visa both the times within the short time frames that they promised. Super reliable and fast! Strongly recommended!

We made a visa through this center twice, everything was great, the last time there was even a delivery, i.e. The courier came and took the passports, then we went to the visa center where all the documents were already filled out: we just handed over our fingerprints and then the courier brought back the passports with a ready visa and we paid everything, very conveniently, quickly. I advise!

I just extended my VOA with Baliviza. I chose the express service (1.3m Rupiah) and got my passport back in 4 days. They send you very clear instructions and the process was very fast. At the immigration office I only waited 30min to get my fingerprint and photo done. They had all the information before. I am 100% happy with the service!

The one star less is only because I think the standard process for 800k is so slow that it’s practically impossible to wait for. I think that might be a general thing but because of many applicants and the Ramadan off time I would have needed to wait 6 weeks (!) for my passport in the standard process. That’s not manageable.

P. S.you’ll have to leave your passport to them in order for them to be able to process the request. Once everything is done, they will return it to you with the stamp for the extension on it.

Hat alles super geklappt - guter Kontakt, schnell geantwortet auf WhatsApp. Wenn man kein Express macht, dauert es etwa 10-14 Tage, bus man seinen Pass wieder hat. Das sollte man mit einberechnen.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann Baliviza weiterempfehlen.

We did our visa extension with an organisation. Everything worked perfectly. We applied for the visa extension in Canggu, had to go to the immigration office in Jimbaran once, that was it. Our passports were then sent to Ubud. I recommend doing it with Baliviza, they did a great job:)

1. Show up in the store, after 10/15m I'm out.
2.they send me a message when to go to Denpasar for picture and finger prints and following steps
3. Denpasar issues, if you go in the morning, likely quick, in the afternoon, big queue
4.wait until I get a text again saying my passport is ready at the store
