Rooms small but ok. Limited power points in the rooms, 2 to use. Bathrooms outside in the fresh air and need upgrading

We had great days in Seminyak with Jeff and his lovely team and were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. The facility is absolutely well maintained and beautiful to look at. Our room was very comfortable and stylishly furnished and of course everything was very clean. Changing the room due to very active neighbors () was also easy. We already miss the freshly prepared and delicious breakfast, we would love to come back

Very good stay. Rooms were very neat and cozy. Breakfast was simple and good. Very well maintained. Owner Jeff received us and was very welcoming. Must stay if your looking to stay near seminyak and in budget.

Balinea is a great guest house with very nice rooms and suites with spa, spacious and comfortable beds. Superb decoration that creates a zen atmosphere and tranquility. The manager and his staff are friendly, smiling and caring for customers. Well located. I highly recommend this place where there are few people because it is not a very big hotel, it feels like home. For French speakers the manager speaks French so it is a plus

Everyone here is friendly.
The owner is really nice and hot! The employees seemed to be close to the owner and were really friendly.
The pool is very clean and the rooms are also clean.
The day I ate breakfast, there was no nasi goreng, so I couldn't eat it, but the omelette was fantastic.
The coffee is delicious too.

They said they would give me orange juice as a welcome drink, but when I saw the reviews and asked if I could have beer, they gave me an empty bowl. It was delicious. They also gave me orange and dragon fruit, and it was delicious!

Although it was my honeymoon, I chose Balinea as my first accommodation to travel cost-effectively, and it was an excellent choice.

If I visit Bali again, I think I will come to this accommodation haha.

Beautiful spa&Guesthouse that looks like an hotel but with the warmness of a Guesthouse.

Stayed a month here. Beautiful, cozy place, the owner and all the staffs are friendly. This place is suitable for people who like serenity. The location is also good, Wi-Fi is quite fast and stable. Simple breakfast is available by paying 50k/person. I like living here, it's like being at home

It was amazing stay at Balinea. Extremely clean, big pool, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very hospitality personal and friendship atmosphere. I will be glad to return again! Special thanks to chef Jeff. Victor

Our stay - 3.5/5, in my opinion
Random order:
-Beautiful premises
-Bad/poor location (not a nice area, ridiculous amount of traffic, reputable restaurants are a far walk away)
-Pool nicely lit up at night, could have used scooping clean though
-Excellent air conditioning
-Bathroom was outside… not advertised
-Clean room
-Shower not well maintained (cleaning), barely any water flow from main shower head, barely any warm water… it was like showering in a place with barely any water AND room temperature water at best
-Water bottle refill station! Nice!
-Very nice, accomodating, knowledgeable staff… offer was always there to help with anything
-Free coffee in morning
-24/7 staff available to help anytime with anything, super accessible (via WhatsApp as well)
-Price too high for the room quality that we received, we’ve stayed in much nicer rooms in Bali for a much lower price
-TV not connected to any english channels
-Stinging insect (s) flying in bathroom often (wasps?)
-No blanket on bed, just a thin sheet to act as a blanket
-Soap for hands included in room
-Nice refrigerator in room
-Nice shrubbery around room
-Nice pool view from room
-All other guests were speaking french, apparently it is a popular guest place for french speakers

I think it’s great for french speakers wanting a place that you can speak french to the nice staff

I personally did not really super enjoy here due to the: room quality (especially for the price) and the poor location

Warm and friendly environment as the facilities come with excellent service. A great choice for long staying guest. Would be happy to come back!

This was our Bali home on our last visit. Clean and quiet. Strategically located. Other places at this price point don't conpare. Jeff is a great host and always helps if he can. The staff was very accommodating when we had a large dinner party. We will be back for sure.

Best place to stay when visiting bali.very clean and attentive room.quiet and relaxing environment but still strategically located in the heart of badung.competitive price especially for long stay.will come back again soon.

This place have everything you need, especially if you decided to have a long term stay in Bali. Here is why:

1. Spacious room with semi-outdoor bathroom. No need to think about turning on the ac if you opened the front and back door, let the wind naturally breath into your room.
2. A long pool which can practice your ability and strength in swimming, but not deep so even beginner can enjoy it as well.
3. Numerous tables and electricity access in the pantry and gazebo, which can be an option to open your laptop with some Bali nuance decoration.
4. A spacious kitchen with very complete eating and cooking utensils. Not to forget also the free drinking water provided, no need to buy 1,5L mineral water everyday and fill our earth with plastic bottles.
5. The friendly staffs and owner! This is the most important thing because every staffs here even the owner always giving a hand for help us if there is any issue, or even if you need to make omellete or fried rice. They are also occasionally give some food and snack.

The perfert place to work in Bali, haha.

Super friendly owner and staff. You can rent a bike here with resonable price, 80k for Varrio per day.
