BaliCabs provide us with Teja and a car gor5 days. We were based in Ubud but visited other areas in Bali including Uluwatu and Nusa Dua.

Today Teja drove us around Ubud. He was punctual and friendly and very knowledgeable. We had heaps of questions. We had no planned iternary but that was no problem for him. Thank you Teja for a memorable day.

Our driver, Nick, was very friendly and happy. He was already waiting in our hotel lobby 5 mins before our arranged time and we felt very safe with him driving. He helped us with getting our tickets to a temple and always showed us the way to the entrance etc. He even managed to get us an earlier waiting number for the famous Pura Lempuyang Temple picture and that saved us probably more than an hour of waiting. Great prices as well! Would definitely book again!

We booked their most expensive car (AUD195 for 10 hours). The driver turned up on time at 10am, picked us up from hotel and we asked him to take us for a day tour in Bali and drop us off at airport at 8pm. Around 5pm we asked him to take us somewhere for massage and then to airport. He told us that he knows a good massage spa close to the airport and he’ll take us there.
Suddenly at 6pm we realised that we are in the airport and he dropped off us at airport and said you can get massage at airport and left us there 4.5 hours before our flight.
When we entered the airport, we realised there is no spa in airport before the check in! We called him and texted him to come back and pick us up, so we can stay in the car instead of seating on the airport floor for 2 hours (there wasn’t any lounge before the check in not even a seat) but he didn’t reply my call and messages. Very disappointed that I have to wait for 2 hours in airport before our check in opens! Not a good service and no integrity!

Our day with Yos was fantastic! He was very punctual, helped us to create our route and recommend a few additions on the spot. He was very informative, patient and always offered to take pictures of us. He was so friendly and relaxed, we never felt pushed to get to the next place. The car was spotless and very comfortable. If we come back to Bali we would definitely hire him again.
