Only the warmest memories and the most vivid, positive impressions remain. Each stage was coordinated by the manager. The organizers were in touch 24/7 and answered all our questions and took into account all our wishes. Preparations for the ceremony and the ceremony itself went perfectly, without a single complaint or hitch. Photos and videos were ready on time.

My now husband and I used Seven Agency through a wedding package that we booked with Club Med. We were extremely happy with the whole experience as they were very easy to communicate with over email for the whole year prior to our wedding.
I was able to meet them in person a couple of months before hand and Vio was absolutely incredible. They had such an eye for detail and they always took the time to answer every single one of my questions.
The flowers were even more stunning than I could have imagined and we are so happy with how our photos turned out. The team was fantastic on the day, helping us run a ceremony rehearsal, our hair and make up were done, we had personal bulters and the celebrant run the ceremony so smoothly.
Having all of our ceremony details organized through the one company made the day run with ease! We are so happy we weren't having to email multiple people, instead everything went through Vio.

There is a lot of info to share so I’ll try to keep it simple. I had my ceremony and Reception at new Kuta golf club.
I think for an intimate wedding or an elopement is something that the seven agency should focus on. Larger weddings need a lot more work I’m afraid.

The decor, flowers and set up was amazing, beautiful work. Extremely happy with the set up, absolutely Stunning work!
Unfortunately this is the only positive feedback.

The communication was average once I had paid a deposit, very slow responses once the money had been received. I tried to ensure that there was no problems prior to the wedding by asking the wedding planner if I needed to make any decisions or let them know anything. Seems like there was a lot of decisions to be made at the last minute like choosing an MC, creating a playlist for the DJ. A mess around with a preparation room which was included in my contract signed 7 months prior. I had a preparation room to get ready in the morning off the wedding which then they retracted and said that I needed to pay for it if I still wanted the room…
They ended up getting me a random hotel for the morning of but pretty disappointed they tried to charge me for a room which was included in my contract.

Hair and make up was for 6 including me and although the girls did a good job it was very slow. It was rushed at the last minute as we were walking out the door for the ceremony. It was a bit stressful for me to sit in the chair for almost 3 hours for hair and make up and then be rushed to put my dress on for photos. I didn’t get to have a lot of photos of all my bridesmaids as they were still getting hair and make up done.just very slow or not enough people was arranged for that process.

The photographers were average, they couldn’t speak English very well. I was promised a private beach for photos which was definitely not private. The photos I did receive were average I ended up asking for more photos, which I did get and was more happy with those. The photos where Heavily edited, not candid photos.

I was told that no one would be playing golf around my wedding and yet there was people playing golf.they where in a few of my photos.

The food was served stone cold, I don’t know how long it was sitting in the serving dish’s for. I think a fair time before being served… You can’t serve 60 people cold meals for health and safety reasons. The menu was slightly altered to what I initially selected. A lot of food was wasted as people were too scared to get sick!

The toilets were revolting after a few hours not great for a white wedding dress. Very small and cramped. They didn’t provide any soap to wash hands.

The fire dancers dropped their sticks twice and almost landed it on a guest.

We created a playlist for the DJ, all he needed to do was push shuffle and play the songs, but he kept stopping mid song and played songs twice. We had enough songs to last a whole night in the playlist.

I paid $23,000AUD for 60 guests: I don’t think that that was a reasonable price for what what I received. Especially because my original contract was for 80 guests: I’m very glad that my other 20 couldn’t make it as there would have been even more food not being eaten and disappointed hungry guests. Sorry seven agency, you need to up your service if you want to charge people that much money.

We had our wedding early Sep at Noku Beach House and had an amazing experience with 7Agency. We had 115 people and had been communicating with Ann for almost 10 months prior to secure the venue.
The entire team from Ann, Nia, those on the ground etc were professional and fantastic. They took any stress I could have had away.

I took all their recommendations from the stylist (Ardy was great), caterer, amazing band, fantastic photographer duo and was not disappointed.

I highly recommend Ann and her team from 7Agency.

The Seven Agency is an above and beyond wedding planning company that I could not recommend enough. I had the pleasure of working with Julia who made our dream destination wedding a reality and so much more. I appreciated how transparent Julia was throughout the whole process and worked really well within our budget. Her suggestions for our wedding were spot on and she totally nailed every detail for us. I thought planning a destination wedding would be a challenge (we are from the USA), but the Seven Agency made everything so flawless and easy for us! Julia was excellent in her communication with me, despite the time difference and answered every question I had. Once it came down to our wedding day, I was so pleased with how effortless everything went. The hair and makeup artists were AMAZING and made everyone, including myself feel so beautiful on our special day. Our day of coordinator was exceptional and our wedding butler definitely came in handy. The Seven Agency gave my husband and I the best day of our lives and we could not be more pleased with the whole experience. If I could plan a wedding again, I would always choose The Seven Agency. We cannot thank everyone enough who played a role on our special day and will always be grateful for our experience with everyone involved. We love you all so dearly and will forever be thankful for all the hard work and dedication put into our wedding day. If you are wanting to do a destination wedding in Bali, do yourself a favor and go with The Seven Agency!

First of all thank you Seven Agency for organizing our wedding! Planning a wedding from far away was absolutely not easy but we loved how it turned out! The venue/location was breathtaking and the sunset was just perfect for such memorable photos. Our wedding planner and decorator were very open to our requests. We felt comfortable telling them our needs and/or wants according to the budget. We’d like to thank the MC as well for creating a good vibe at the reception. We were worried that our guests would feel uncomfortable with each other as they were coming from different countries. However the MC did a very good job at making them feel comfortable and made sure they had fun!

Unfortunately we did have some difficulties in communication, like not being responded for many days. We were also upset that few updates were not shared with us until the very last minute. Initially the plan was to have photo shoots at the beach after the ceremony however we ended up doing it at a different place because it was being used by another wedding couple. We’re not sure whether we were late or the agency simply didn’t know if there was another wedding taking place? Anyhow I wished that there was some more explanation.

Other than that we’re still happy with the outcome!

We have just had our dream wedding and The Seven Agency had a huge role in being able to make that come true. They were amazing to communicate with as this was a destination wedding being planned from Australia.

We had hundreds if not thousands of questions and Vio was amazing helping and responding to us to help ease our nerves. We found the planning process to be a lot less stressful because of all of Vio’s help.

We gave Vio the ideas we had and she ran with it and gave her input and suggestions to make it all possible.

On the wedding day, the whole team allowed us to just think about ourselves and not have to worry about any of the preparation or anything else. All of our guests absolutely raved about how amazing the wedding was and called it the best wedding they’ve ever been to.

We got married on 08.08.22 in Bali and The Seven Agency arranged the wedding.

The pre-meeting with Julia went smoothly, so much time was taken and every question was addressed. Although it was in writing, the consultation was very personal and individual like friends, but also very professional.

Arrived in Bali we had the final preliminary meeting with Nia, again everything was super personal and without any problems. On the day itself, Alul picked us up from the hotel and accompanied us to the location. We could not have asked for anyone better for this. Alul was so sweet to us and looked out for us. As if he could read minds. Dion organized and prepared everything perfectly at the location and the photographer did a perfect job as well. The smallest detail was thought of and it was even more wonderful than expected. It took us days to even realize this special day. We are blissfully happy and couldn't have asked for a more amazing day or any other service.
We recieved the final photos two days ago and I can’t stop staring at them. They are a dream come true, like in a fairy tale. And so we felt on the day itself with the fear of waking up. Sometimes dreams do become true. All because of your commitment.

My husband and I are from NYC and we had our wedding through Seven Agency on Sept 3,2022. I simply can’t express how amazing our experience has been with them. Literally from start to finish. And we booked over a year ago, mind you! Communication was amazing from the beginning, even with a 12 hour time difference Julia was on point. Once our big day arrived, everything went sooo smoothly. I’m Black, and was so worried about how my makeup would turn out, and omg Nita, the makeup artist did AMAZING. I wanted a soft, natural look and she gave me exactly what I asked for. She also did my hair and slayed! Al was our personal wedding assistant and he really made sure we didn’t have to lift a single finger. He made me feel so comfortable I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be with us that day! I’m so excited to see how our wedding video and pictures turned out, the videographers and photographer worked so so hard! I can’t speak highly enough, I 100% recommend booking your special day through seven agency! I would do it again and again if I could!

The seven agency couldn't have been more helpful in arranging our special day. We always wanted to get married abroad and had some pretty specific requests. We chose Bali and wanted to get married on a cliff overlooking the ocean. They nailed every detail we wanted with decoration, I had a tricky request to have my favourite rap song played via violin and cello and they actually pulled it off! Was those extra touches done that made the day so special. They also kindly provided us with a latin theme singer Juan Carlo that sang during dinner and he was awesome. Please dont hesitate to book via the 7 agency, they were awesome took care of all the details for us and pulled it all off even when it was tricky to arrange a bali wedding from the UK.

We had the most incredible wedding in Bali thanks to the team at The Seven Agency. The beach setting was beautiful, the flowers and decorations were amazing and dinner in the beach cave was perfect. From start to finish the organisation team were professional, helpful and kept in contact with us. We had to move our wedding date because of COVID and this was all handled perfectly. On the day itself we were well taken care of by our wedding butler, we didn’t have to worry about anything and could just enjoy our day with our family and friends. We’re delighted with the photographs from the limitless moment and have memories that will last us a lifetime.
