I can only be positive. From the first contacts to the last. Everything went smoothly, they were very correct in their explanations, in their agreements, prices, follow-up. I wanted to apply for a B211A visa for my partner living with me in Australia but who is not Australian. I tried contacting the Indonesian AU embassy but could not get a response. I contacted a number of websites however the prices quoted were absurd.

This was around the same time the Australian news was warning Australians of a high amount of fake Bali visa application websites.

I then came across Bali Visas and thought I will give them a go due to great reviews and a competitive price. The website is user friendly and it accepts payments by credit card which was great due to the security banks provide when purchasing via credit card.

As soon as the application was completed they provide a whatsapp number which I messaged with the visa application number. All my nerves were put at ease when I found that they assigned me with a case manager the very next day. Tara was wonderful, patient and was quick to respond to all my queries. My partner's visa and supporting documents which includes a sponsorship letter was issued in under the 14 business day ETA.

I waited until we returned from Bali to post this review. I without doubt will again use the services from the Bali Visas team for our return visit to Bali in the near future.

Very easy and smooth process. I compared prices and all options, and they are the only one, offer the VIP package, which is the fastest and most comfortable way to deal with visa extension, you do not have to do anything! Just send them the documents via whatsapp upfront, rest is following:

1. They pick up the passport from wherever you stay
2. Three days later they send you a shuttle to the immigration office for the biometric data, then bring you back to your hotel
3. Two days later they bring you the passport with new visa

On the first view, it looks expensive, but when you do the math and check the costs for grab and gojek for each tour, its actually cheaper. In my case I was about a 1h drive away from the immigration office.

With Iranian passport most of the time things are more complicated and I was very skeptical about the whole visa process, but everything went so smoothly and I got my visa. In the airport they didn’t even ask for most of the documents I had prepared, only the visa was enough but they asked why

Organised my B211a visa with them, and they also took care of the sponsor letter for the extension (I was somewhere else in Indonesia by then). Everything was handled in a very professional manner, these guys cleary know what they're doing. With the extension, I was somewhat late and things were a bit chaotic (my bad, after losing some time somewhere else) ; Bali Visas saved me and provided speedy service and pragmatic solutions (even outside office hours), which was great. WhatsApp communication could be a bit quicker, but then they're flooded with hundreds of queries and do what they can.
