Paid for an express visa on arrival extension service which was good. The only problem was that I had to wait for almost an hour at the immigration building as their “lounge” only opens 1 hour after the immigration office opens. It would make things easier if they sent you the document in advance and you could just go to the immigration as soon as it opens to take the queue number, would avoid long waiting times…

Do yourself a favor and go to immigrasi and do it yourself. The extension process is cheaper and much easier than you think. This company will try to tell you that you MUST pay for the expedited service or it will not be accepted by immigrasi, this is simply not true. I spoke to immigrasi myself and they assured me that was a lie to get you to pay more money for their services. Take 500k IDR to immigrasi for the VoA extension, a black ink pen, a copy of your passport, an exit ticket and your actual passport. Wear conservative clothing and you will be in and out in an hour or two to include fingerprints and a picture. Go straight to desk 3 for foreigners, don't bother taking a number. Fill out your paperwork and voila. Dont worry about going to a bank to pay the fee, theres an orange van parked outside that acts as a mobile payment location so you never have to leave the location.
