I used CCI to help me and my wife apply for our Spouse KITAS. I don't think I could preach enough about the company and team! Our point agent was Pak Indra but we felt as if the entire team was behind us, even the owner getting involved to help us! We were in a very strict time crunch as my wife was pregnant and due to give birth very shortly. CCI totally understood our situation and helped us out tremendously, getting our visa TELEX processed in enough time to finalize the visa with the embassy and for me to fly in time.
They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very forthcoming with information and updates during the entire process. Even calling overseas to update me on possible situations/hurdles I could come upon in my flight over due to COVID restrictions. They kept me updated the whole way through the process and were very attentive to my wife and my needs.
