Great tour and great transport option! The water rafting and ATV ride was so fun, and our driver, Dewa, was friendly, knowledgeable, safe and on time! We had a great time.

Booked via Klook and directed me to this agency. I got the combo solo atv and rafting. Highly recommend the driver (MADE EKA), the rafting instructor (BIMA) and the atv team. Everyone should do ATV it’s the most fun i had in Bali

The driver took me several places but some of them weren’t not on my request. I decided to use this the company because they accepted my plan and request …. So what could I do when the driver came in the morning and told we can’t really make it?

Average experience. Booked a 10 hour Ubud tour and they listed 20 different places. Driver said he cannot take to all the places and asked us where we wanted to go. As a tourist, I expected the tour guide recommended places to us rather than asking us where to go

Overall the experience was good except our driver in nusa island was dumb. He didn’t knew English and couldn’t guide us on anything. He didn’t pick us up post Snorkelling because of which we wasted 1 hr, ”. That lead to delay and we missing out on one island

We usually book our private drivers through Klook, but decided to book directly at Bali Sun Tours another time. Communication through WhatsApp was a breeze and we were greeted with the best driver we had met - Pandu. He spoke English and had great conversational skills. We learnt a lot about Balinese culture. He was not only our driver but our unofficial tour guide. He went above and beyond to ensure we had great experiences during the trip. Suksma

Very puncture driver made my day as my daughter was getting excited and we did not have to wait too long. The ATVs were good and well maintained and the waiting area has a good waiting area for the rest of the guest who did not arrived on time.

The 2 guide were relentless in making our trip fun and even found a Durain for my daughter and me. One of them says he is Pak Helen and he is very professional in what he is doing.

The driver Pak Agong on the way back saw that my daughter did not ate well and offered to bring us to a pizza place for take away which made her day!

Went for whitewater rafting and ATV rides. Really enjoyed it! They have everything planned out from transport from the hotel to shower facilities after the activities.

Our driver Astama provided an amazing service for us during our recent booking with Bali Sun Tours through Klook for a snorkelling trip to Blue Lagoon (Padang Bai). Astama was at the hotel for our pick up on time and the car was extremely clean, comfortable and the drive to Padang Bai from our hotel in Nusa Dua which took 1.5 hours felt extremely smooth and quick.

Astama gave us a lot of insights into the Balinese life and was our pseudo tour guide on the 3 hours to and fro. He was on standby to leave with us once we finished for the day.

We also had a lot of fun snorkelling at Padang Bai, with plenty of time in the water, friendly and fun guides who will allow you up close to fishes and show you Clown fishes, Murray eels. Sadly we didn't see the turtle!

Thank you Astama, and also the snorkelling team for a wonderful day out. I highly recommend requesting for Astama as your transport operator and guide when you visit Bali as he is extremely friendly and warm hearted to all visitors to this lovely island.

During our trip in Bali, our family spent the day in Ubud guided by Bali Sun Tours and our amazing guide Gede. Gede went above and beyond and took a personalised approach to make sure we had an incredible day. The white water rafting was not only a highlight of the day but of the trip with breath taking scenery.

We had Purna as a driver today and he was absolutely amazing allowed us to play music and was very safe driver. 100% recommend
