Bali Solve is a wonderful organization. The staff is super friendly. They are very accommodating. I wanted to extend my B211 visa and Bali Solve helped me with that. They provide you an extra service, so that you don't have to waste a whole morning at the immigration office. But they don't charge extra for it. So I paid 2.8 mil IDR for the extension, which is the normal price. On top of that, my passport returned to me a lot sooner than expected, which was very nice. Thank you again Bali Solve!

I received great consultation from Greta and the visa extension process was straightforward. However, I don't think it was cool that they processed my E-VOA extension, knowing I could have saved time and money extending it online. I guess I could have found that information online, but it's a brand new policy (this is my fourth trip to Bali - I'm just used to doing the standard immigration process). It would have been a considerate act on their part to inform me of the change. Also, they put a huge sticker on the front of my wife's passport, covering up the name of the country. It was such a pain to peel that off. I don't think applying a sticker to a legal document is a good idea.

In contact with a lot of visa agents, but Bali Solve is the worst, but still the most expensive. Hardly any response, very slow, and if they do, it’s always with a lack of or incorrect information.
