Bali Santi Bungalows

3 malam di Bali Santi menyenangkan, banyak kegiatan bisa dilakukan, sayang ruangan khususnya nomor 19 kurang terawat banyak debu dan serbuk jatuh dari atap tidak hanya itu semut dan bahkan kelabang jatuh saat saya di atas bed, juga sedikit kecewa dengan pelayan di front office ketika malam kedua dan ketiga kurang ramah sekali terkesan melayani dengan buru-buru, menu makanan juga membosankan dan kurang worth it bagi saya pecinta kuliner, tapi bawah laut dan landscape view di halaman belakang sangat menakjubkan.

The rooms are amazing, clean, beautiful, you have the sound of the sea in the background. The bathroom is also incredible. The pool part is super beautiful, the sunsets there make you fall in love. We really liked our stay, however, we expected the restaurant's food to be much better.and although you go wherever you want by motorcycle, you don't have much to see nearby if you walk.
But since what matters to us is being able to rest well, we give it the highest score here because the beds are incredibly comfortable.
We highly recommend this site!

Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bali!
The hotel facilities as well as the bungalows were absolutely STUNNING! Beautiful views overlooking the ocean from the swimming pool and the breakfast/restaurant area.
Super nice staff! Really helpful with us at all times.
We had a massage at the spa and it was fantastic! Highly recommended.
We weren’t aware of this, but there were many cool things to do in the area. We visited a beautiful temple, rice terraces and a coffee farm.
The hotel is also very close to the Padang Bay Area where we took the ferry to the Gili Islands so it was a perfect location. Around 15-20min drive, and the hotel arranged it for us.
The food was good, but maybe not spectacular. Luckily, there were many good restaurants nearby. We specially loved Warung Budiayu only a few meters away.

Really nice hotel with lovely staff. We had no breakfast, so we cannot say anything about that. The infinity pool is very nice also the view at sunset.

The facility is nice. Rooms are also very nice. Housekeeping doing great job.
Now the food - I wouldn't recommend it.
Last night there we had pasta and there was jelly inside which lead us to food poisoning.
If you take local food like Nasi goren it's nice.

Very nice place to stay. We booked the family room, it has 2 bedrooms, the kitchen equipped with microwave, plate, and utensils. It has a small pool that suits our needs for the kids. The bathroom is huge, it has an outdoor shower, and is clean. The pool is very nice facing the beach so you can hear and see the waves from the pool. It has private access through the stairs if you want to have a walk on the beach. The villa was located just on the main road so it was easy to find. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.

Lovely place to stay. All the staff are lovely. The food and drinks are good. The infinity pool looks over the ocean. Great view of Nusa Penida. Very relaxing stay. Will definitely return

The location is amazing!
Nothing to rave about for the room and the service but their Balinese massage is a must try.

Bad hygiene (coackroaches in the bedroom) and poor management in this really expensive bungalow. After paying millions of Indonesian rupiah to stay in this bungalow for a couple of nights during our honeymoon, it turned out to be the worst customer experience we had in Bali. This so called King bungalow seems to be managed by an external party different from the management of the main hotel where it is located, the Bali Santi Bungalows. When we complained about the terrible experience we had in there, the staff came to our room and contacted the bungalow manager by video call. This manager seemed to be in a severe state of alcoholic intoxication and was not only talking nonsense to us. We did not receive any compensation and decided to leave earlier than planned. Not recommended at all.
We also booked two massages at the spa and were quite disappointed as the spa staff were teenagers who did not seem to be qualified for the job.
The hotel restaurant was another disappointment and we did not return after the first meal due ro the low quality food and high prices.

Loved everything about this place. Relaxing, friendly and quiet (Except for last night when neighbouring hotel decided to play loud music) Food was good. Moncou, the driver was excellent.

This may be a bit petty, but adding 21% Tax/Service to the already high prices just feels like being ripped off. Especially when it’s not even indicated on the menu! The food is mediocre at best and the service for which I’m being forced to pay 10%, isn’t better! There are better restaurants around!
As accommodation is it fine, very clean to be honest.

Very nice place with direct access to sea. Aparaments are big and well equiped. Each bungalows are quite close to each other however due to lots of green still feel privately.

Great hotel, with very gentle and helpful service. Everything was clean and in good condition. We liked the most the big, nice rooms and the outdoor bathroom and shower. The outdoor facilities were also very nice and you had a great view for the sunrise and sunset.
When we come back to Candidasa, we will definitely choose the Bali Santi-Bungalows again!

Amazing serene location, wonderful comfy beds, beautiful cool green leafy surrounds right on the beach. Beautiful stone statues and artful unique bungalows.with great bathrooms. Waves crashing right in front of you at the restaurant where brekky is served (good brekky!) Staff regularly gave me lifts everywhere on a motorbike out of pure kindness. So kind when I asked for anything. Restaurant was very good too.

The bungalows are great and comfy, I loved that each one has a different entrance, a perfect place to relax and an outside bathroom. The food is really good, the infinity pool over looking the ocean is nice and fun, exactly what you need after a long, hot day spent sightseeing, and one can even go down to a small beach covered in pretty corals and seashells to keep as souvenirs when it is low tide. All in all the only negative thing to say is that the WiFi signal is a bit weak. If not I had an amazing time with my family!
