Bali Refresh Spa Nusa Dua

We stayed nearby and decided to try one of the local massages due to the price. Whilst the place was clean the loud music and bright lights were really off putting. I asked for the music to be turned down but was told they needed it to drown out the outside noise. You get what you pay for, but I probably wouldn’t come for a second visit.

Thank you Bali Refresh Spa. I did the 2 Hour Balinese Massage from Yanti and it was amazing. I really love the transfer services To and From my Resort. It’s very convenient and the service was very personable. The massage provided by Yanti is exceptional. I will definitely comeback.

Massage place was clean and not noisy. The receptionist could speak good english and it was easy to communicate. Prices were also reasonable and there was complimentary chauffeur services to and fro the hotel. Thankful that when I had ventured further abit, the driver was still able to pick me up.

Massage itself was a 7/10. It was up to expectations but nothing over the roof. Massuers were kind and friendly and regularly checked in for the strength and comfort level. Couple room also had a shower to rinse off the oil after the massage.

Overall, a 4 stars experience. Value for money.

Legit massages, lots of options, no wait. They listened to us, going lighter or harder as requested. Private couples rooms. Excellent prices. Super friendly. Great location.

I chose foot reflexology and am very satisfied. My family says, "If only I had known from day one. " I also ordered a pedicure!
I was able to make reservations and request transportation via LINE or Whatsapp, which was very helpful on a hot day in Bali.
It's a good idea to make a reservation as there are many customers.

The service at this place is absolutely amazing, my husband and I had full body massages every night after dinner for an entire week with Santi and Tini, they made us feel welcomed and relaxed! I highly recommend both Santi and Tini

Did a foot reflexology massage and there was no reflexology in that treatment they were clearly inexperienced, when I asked them they tried but is was still as I used to do. However, the staff were nice and the place was clean

I did a pedicure and the service was really poor
The girl was nice but she did not know at all how to perform a pedicure
Most of the steps were skipped
We were planing to do massages as well we choosed an other spa instead

Great service and massages by Tuti and the team Santi, Ini and Ani are great. Have had 18 hours of massages over the last 6 days and they were consistently great. Well priced, clean and pleasant.

I went 2 times during my visit, both was for hot stone massage. Very good value for the cost. I recommend!

I had a pedicure here, it was OK but I think they are still rebuilding the skills of their staff after the covid situation. Friendly and the transport locally is good. Their massages are great though!

While this place had good reviews overall, our experience was sub par for the manis and pedis we asked for. They outsource a couple of staff and the one who tended to me cut my large toe quite badly while removing dead skin. One of the manicurists also could not see very well (she forgot her glasses) and didn’t do a clean job with the nail polish. Their prices are average for Bali, but you get what you pay for.

It's okay, I had a body scrub, manicure and pedicure. Body scrub was standard, the lady who did my body scrub also did my nails but I don't think she knew that you don't need to dry regular nail polish with an LED light she was nice though, pedicure was done without water so didn't feel like much was done and a few spots were missed while painting my toe nails.
Didn't try the massage so can't say much about it. Tea or water wasn't offered unless asked for. Attached is the latest menu November 2022

Go here if you want to know how a Balinese foot massage SHOULDN'T feel like. The masseur put virtually no strength in her fingers; even paying 70k for a 30min foot massage wasn't worth it.

Great place to get a Balinese massage and many other packages. Clean and comfortable facilities. Professional staff. No hanky panky.

Got the sunburn treatment the day after a solid burn and I was able to be out tanning within 2 days! Saved my holiday.

A real massage parlour that gives your leg the much needed relief after a long day out. Reasonable prices and nice ladies too!

I’m so sorry that I have to write a bad review, I can say that I’m not a type of person who like to complain.but my girlfriend went there for wax and the employee took off the wax too rough… And my girlfriend armpits were red and irritated for several days. And told me she never had wax like this before. With all the pains my girlfriend suffered, there were left over hairs after waxing. Hope the owner train the employee well so there will be no more cases like this for future customers who going to visit the place.

Great place to go for a massage. Picked us up and dropped us back to our hotel. Staff are so good there and welcoming. I would recommend coming here if you are in Nusa Dua
