Bali Om Tours

We were given a very bad tour here.
The two guides were absolutely demotivated and just took us everywhere quickly. We only visited 4 of 6 sights because there wasn't enough time. Why do you even offer 6 sights when you know there isn't enough time?
The boys just wanted to get off work quickly and cell phones and cigarettes were more important than the guests who had specially booked a private tour.
The driving style of both of them was also a catastrophe, towards the end they drove so hard that all three of us felt sick.

Next time we'll book somewhere else or explore Nusa Penida ourselves, because we've never been treated as badly as we were on this tour!

Edit: The included food we got apparently wasn't good. A good 3 hours after eating it, my stomach started to rebel and I've had diarrhea for 4 days now. Before that everything was good, only since the integrated lunch on Nusa Penida.

I worked with Bali Om Tours over two weeks with two large groups (40+ people). They were very attentive to our needs and facilitated some beautiful tours for us. The second week went extremely smoothly as we had worked out the kinks from the first week, and we were very happy with their assistance. Shout out to Arnd, Indah, Kartin and all the drivers and guides.

Great Service and staff! We booked our entire boat trip to Lombok and the Gilis and had great communication through WhatsApp whenever we had any questions!

We booked several transfers and a tour through Bali Om. The advice and support on site was great. The subsequent communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly. Even when we asked for minor changes such as pick-up location, this was easily communicated via Whatsapp.

We travel around Bali from place to place with a day's notice. Instead of spending time and energy on planning it all ourselves, we have used Bali OM to arrange for us with great success, even though we reschedule a couple of times by texting them via WhatsApp.

We engaged Bali Om for a large yoga retreat with 50 people and they delivered! We had a great time exploring the best Ubud has to offer and Indah and her team were so accommodating and kind, would recommend for big groups and individuals as well!

The shipping was super organized! I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and hard work of the onboard crew, they even cooked the food really tasty. And they actually took the time to fish with us! Super, super sweet!
We saw a total of 5 whale sharks, sea turtles on every snorkeling trip, colorful coral banks with a fabulous abundance of fish. I only found the Komodo dragons a bit boring and it was a bit cramped in the dormitory, but it was okay to sleep for 3 times.

I came across the office yesterday kind of stranded with no hotel to sleep they made sure i was satisfied with everything.i couldn't thank you enough for your patience. I will come back for more.thank you for your help.

Everything really worked smoothly. The communication was excellent and we booked all transfers in Bali and the islands of Gili T and Nusa L.through Arndt. Everything worked perfectly and even on time. We were more than thrilled and can recommend Arndt again at any time. Wonderful customer service. Helped me plan a three day trip to Bali from an extensive list I had upon arrival and privately led led me to 14 different places including 6 beautiful waterfalls plus three different dance performances.

Unbelievable prices for a private one person tour!

I want to give a big shout out of suksima and mahalo to Bali om. I had spent my whole morning, the morning I had planned to go see the monkey forest, trying to book a flight to Labuan bajo to see Komodo dragons, a bucket list item. I was so frustrated between endless mobile failed errors to book a flight. I was ready to go home but I walked into Bali Om off the street and Maureen and all, I think her name was Maureen, had me booked in 15 minutes. I went on to have a time of a life seeing the dragons. Great agency to use for recommendations and bookings in ubud and around. We used them to book a bike tour and for transportation from ubud to Gili. They respond very fast and can give good advice. Highly recommend and would use them again!
