My husband and I have been going to Bali Legals for whatever visa services we need in Bali for the past 2 years. Their service is unparalleled to other agents in Bali and we worked with several during the previous 5 years we were in Bali before finding out about Bali Legals. They charge a fair price, in line with what other agencies charge, however the service, the speed with which they process the visas, the way they speak to you and the professionalism are qualities we have not seen at other visa agencies. I had a great experience with Bali Legals & you know a business is good when it’s competitors need to buy fake negative reviews. This is one of the few Australian Owned agencies in Bali and one of the very very rare experiences where you will get honesty, transparency and trust from the beginning.

If you want uncertainty, terrible updates and horrible customer service - sure, go try find the cheapest agency and good luck.
