Following a friend's recommendation, we booked a tour (#1) from the website. The communication in advance was uncomplicated. The tour was well put together and our guide was able to adjust the tour at short notice.
We also liked that there was a driver and a guide. This meant the guide could concentrate fully on the conversation with us.
A clear recommendation for anyone who doesn't feel comfortable in English and would rather have a German-speaking guide.
