They are very patient with all of our changing schedule of tours and itinerary, since we booked them 2 or 3months before our vacation.

We enjoyed it so much. Special shout out to our driver Putu Ardika, he either arrive on time or earlier than said time! Hes very nice and easy to talk with! We are happy that hes been assigned to us on our 3 tours.

Theres only one thing we kinda dislike, is that they dont come with us often to explain things, so we miss some explanations of history and whatnot. But whenever we asked Putu, he would explain it to us.

We enjoyed our tour with our tour guide Made who made our experience an enjoyable one. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

We spontaneously booked a guided tour for the following day.
The pickup and everything else went smoothly.
One disadvantage was that the guide was also only doing this tour for the first time and therefore couldn't really give any information about the places visited. It felt more like a ride to the sights.
The guide himself was very friendly and accommodating. Many private conversations could also be had with him.

Highly Recommend for the people who want to explore Nusa Penida East & West in one day privately. We got many great photos taken by our tour driver. Our Tour guide also came with us and supported us from start to end of the tour.

We did the Western Bali whole day tour which was amazing. A particular shout-out to our driver Yudi. Not only did he fill us in on each of the sites we visited, but he was an amazing conversationalist giving an on-the-ground perspective on the history, religions and culture of Indonesia - and any other topic we asked about!

Excellent company with good drivers and clean cars. Our driver Wawan was excellent - good driving skills, punctual, polite, knowledgeable of Bali and friendly. We enjoyed his company. The company was professional in their communication and their coordination of all the arrangement. Everything was perfect. We are happy with the service and will recommend to others

Did the ATV+Rafting and it was a wonderful experience. Our driver, Mr Budi was amazing and super friendly. He even agreed to bring us around Ubud to see waterfalls after the main activities. 10/10 experience! Thank you

I had a booked 7 day tour package and I am very much satisfied with the service. One Mr Adi had come as our private driver and he was very very helpful in assisting and guiding us. Even though we had a very tight schedule, he was always on time and was of great support. He took us to one of finest of restaurants and we had a good time in Bali because of him. My second time using Bali Golden Tour and it was a wonderful experience as usual. Fast response, reliable and driver was also polite. We booked the driver transfer from airport to hotel, and a couple of activities.

Unfortunately I was down with food poisoning during the trip and could not continue with the remaining activities.

It was sweet of the company to deliver flowers and fruit basket to our hotel upon hearing my incident. Will use their service again when revisiting Bali.

Matur suksma for everything

Tour driver cum guide (Kadek Arjun Rampaul) was excellent and cooperative. Very friendly. Nice Indonesian food, very tasty- should try Satay chicken and Aiyam kremes. All the tourist spots are food- but hot during days but we had rain in between, so it was cool in the evening.

We needed cars and the trips are rather complicated - with 2 families traveling together on some days, and separately on other days. Bali Golden Tours were so easy to communicate with at the beginning, helping with the car arrangements. After we arrived, we enjoyed the best service too - they are always on time, attentive, and try to help everywhere - from taking photos for you, to helping you find laundry place then helping you pick it up. I can't recommend them enough. Use them, you won't regret, especially that they have one of the best price in the market too!

Booked our Water sports, Uluwatu tour, ATV and water rafting through Bali Golden Tour, everything went really smooth and on time. Tama was a fantastic driver that constantly go out of his comfort zone for our own needs. Really trustworthy and sensible

Excellent service by Bali Golden Tour! 5 star to the tour guide (Yuhdi). He is friendly, well-verse with history of Bali and very patient. Contacted them via Whatsapp to get tour information and pricing. Fast reply and reliable. Booking made for my parents. The tour itinerary was good and fit with place of visit attraction choosing.
