When the problem was reported to the owner, he simply taped the cracks in the doors to the street, but the tape came off overnight, since the humidity was 90%.

And when it rained, a puddle of water flowed from the glass wall in the bedroom. And in the morning you just get up in it, the water flowed right up to the middle of the bed, when it rained for more than a day. January is the rainy season!
The air conditioner on the second floor did not work at all. And he was not in the kitchen, imagine what happened at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. It was impossible to work. Only lying in the bedroom. And this is very inconvenient.

Opposite our house there was a construction site and there was constant noise. And the workers were staring at me in a bathing suit, as the pools went to the construction site, and they constantly hung out on the roof!

In short, not a house, but tryndets, thank God it was not me who paid, but my boyfriend!

The villas are tired and need renovation. Spiders are everywhere. There are a lot of cracks in the house, the glass doors do not close hermetically, all living creatures quietly sneak into the house and your things. It also leads to huge humidity, moldy smell and dampness. Air conditioners should work 24/7, but at the same time they do not overpower the whole house, they are old and probably not cleaned, it smells of mold. Security does not monitor the territory, a lot of stray dogs come in at night. My friends and me, dogs entered the yard at night and ruined all the shoes, tore them apart. The biggest downside to everything is electricity bills. Here it is 2.5 times more expensive than in other houses. If you are willing to pay $500 per month for electricity and gas. This is your home. We spent four nights at the first villa in the complex, there were seven of us for the first night, arriving very late, four more arrived the next day and took the adjoining villa. With high expectations and plans for rooftop BBQ's and lazying around the pool. Where do I begin?
We had per-ordered 7 full American breakfasts for the first morning, with three kids it was required at 8AM - it arrived about 9: 15, the first plates, then other plates followed over the next 10-15 minutes. It was all stone cold! Late that morning the manager, Deva arrived. We finally received the wifi password, but that was about it for the introduction to the villas. There was no information re shops, services, emergency contacts - nothing. The list of damaged or missing items (no bottle opener) is extensive and I wont, can't list them all here. But to say, only five of us could sit at the table at one time, there was only 1 pool lounge, we had to buy our own egg slice and the balcony furniture where we had planned our BBQ's was totally unusable. Not to mention the broken cupboard doors, the cracked window nor the Tv's with local channels only and terrible reception.
In summary this villa is a classic example of "not believing what you see" It all looks fantastic in the pictures and other reviews -
it is far from that in reality.
To Deva's credit he did deliver a bottle opener when requested and when we complained about the breakfast we were not charged. The units were cleaned while we were out each day, the cleaner fellow was a very nice man and tried his best. Even the builders turned their music down when we asked.
