So incredibly happy here 3 adults 1 child. Have 2 rooms, extremely happy. Awesome air-condition

We have stayed at Bali Dynasty many times over the years as we love this hotel. We are currently here for 22 nights (7 left now) The staff are so friendly and helpful, and always greet you with a smile and talk to you as they walk past. Breakfast every morning is delicious. Alot of selection with the buffet and kids love getting their own food. The rooms fit our large family. We have 2 family pool view rooms atm. They fit 5 ppl with one king bed, bunks and a trudle. Lots of room. There is also a glass door that can be closed to separate the kids and adults too. Fresh water is given every day. We have been very thankful for the lovely service of room service for linen change, as we have had to call upon them at midnight and they came with a smile and happy to help. The theme nights are great with different themed buffets each night. We went to Italian night last night and we all loved the food and the fire dance performance. The pool and life guards are amazing. Froggy remembers my kids when we first started coming to Bali. The life guards are also very caring when kids need first aid and are always friendly to everyone. Kids love the big water slide and the splash play area! There are games in the pool each day, and BINGO! Happy Hour at the pool bar is great! We love hearing that bell ring and getting our buckets. The kids love the coke spiders. The bar staff are also amazing. Facilities are clean and beautiful.
If I had to fault anything here at the best resort in Bali, it would be the kids club constantly closing to allow for outside activities. It gets annoying when my child is so hot and wants to play (3 yr old) and they are closed alot. We have stayed at different resorts and the kids club is always open even with outside activities on to allow for the needs of all guests and ones that don't want to be outside. But thats the only fault I've found. Kids club has a teens club also upstairs which is great for older kids to come and go. The kids club has just been renovated and is lovely.
We love Bali Dynasty and you will too! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 6 days, but the housing experience on the last day ruined our otherwise wonderful holiday.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, and the main dishes vary every day.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was not stable for the first 5 days, with the water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold. There was a musty smell in the room, but we could still tolerate these issues. However, the main reason our holiday was ruined was the additional room we booked for the last day. Firstly, the toilet lid was broken, and secondly, the air conditioning was also not working. At first, we thought it was due to just changing rooms, but when the indoor temperature rose to 26 degrees, even our child, who was only wearing a nappies, couldn't sleep at all. We informed the front desk at 3 o'clock, but no one came to fix the problem until 3: 40. We had to carry our two children to the front desk, and the response we received was that the technician was repairing the air conditioning in another room and would only assist us after finishing that. The solution provided by the front desk was to offer an electric fan, but I refused because the child was already very uncomfortable at that point. Later, the front desk said they would provide us with a temporary room for the child to sleep in until the repairs were completed, and then we could return to our original room. We received a call from the front desk at 5: 40pm, saying that the air conditioning had been fixed, so we went back to our original room. However, the room temperature was still 27 degrees at 6: 15pm. So we called the front desk again and requested to be moved to the temporary room (same room type). In the replacement temporary room, there were missing drinks in the refrigerator (we would have to pay for the missing items upon check-out if we hadn't confirmed beforehand), and the kettle was also broken (we couldn't make formula milk for the baby). The housing experience on the last day and the crisis handling by the front desk were not up to the service level of a 5-star hotel, and it also ruined our originally happy itinerary.

Note that the provided free WiFi is equivalent to having none, as it often fails to connect to a signal.

Bantal nya bau asem kepala orang padahal seperti meyakinkan lho hotelnya: ", dapat bantal tambahan dilaci juga paling bau kayu dan apek! Tolong ini jika sudah pergantian wisatawan mohon diganti, jangan dikasih parfum TAPI DICUCI, PAKAI MESIN CUCI SATU TABUNG JUGA MUDAH DIKERINGKAN! Bad resort, bau banget woi pen nangis ga bisa tidur apalagi sama lemarinya, kenapa ga dikasih kamper buat ga pengap naruh baju, pas dibuka beuh! Bau nya juga buat pusing kepala, pernah direview pas 4 bulan yg lalu sama org lain di Gmaps nya lho pdhl, tidak mencerminkan management yang baik, tidak ada perubahan.

Air kamar mandi nya juga asin serta hawa panas semuanya, hiks, hampir meleleh dikamar mandi.

Tapi untuk pelayanannya oke sekali, ramah-ramah jugaa, tapi ya jangan pas naruh koper pengunjung itu sandal office boy nya ikut masuk, SOP nya lebih bagus jika masuk lepas alas sandal, lebih sopan dan pengunjung tidak terkena najis kedalam kamarnya, yaa dibanding sama pelayanannya nyaa ga oke untuk bantal kamar, lemari, dan air kamar mandi, selebihnya kamar memang bersih kok! Saran banget ya untuk ditingkatkan pada kebersihan dan wangi untuk bantal tidur pengunjung, kecewa sama resort nya.

Buruk Susah kalau kita memesan makanan dari luar harus jalan ke Pintu depan.
Mereka melarang Delevery masuk jangankan ke kamar ke lobby aja tidak boleh.

Perfect place if you want nonstop Action all day long. Hell on earth if you searching some peace in your holiday.

Really annoying that they close the gate to the beach at 19: 30.
Officially for 'security reasons', in reality to keep you in the hotel and consume at their own restaurants.
So you have to walk around the hotel, just to enter at the front entrance without any security check.
Also numerous do's and don'ts.
Kids club closed most time of the day!

The price is reasonable, the room is clean, and the restaurant is reasonably good, but the poor quality of the transfer and reception is lowering the overall rating of the hotel.

The place is great getaway if you plan to stay near the heart of kuta. This resort is surrounded by everything that you need and more ranging from foods, spa, souvenirs and etc. Generally, you can get almost all famous international cuisines here such as bali, western, korean, chinese, italian, frances and etc. Best of all, all these places are accessible from a walking distance. Give them a try if you are staying aroung kuta.

Just went to visit some friends and use pool facilities, it is a wonderful place, kids will defently love it. The pool area is excellent for all ages people. But as usual, kids will enjoy them more. To find so much space in center Kuta, is unbelievable.very recommended

Went there at Christmas peak season. The pool is much smaller than we seen in the pictures. So it was pack with people and hard to get a beach chair to lay down. Pool water was murky.
Room was small and dated. Not recommended for family visitors. It’s feel more like a cheap college party hotel. And only 3 devices each room are allowed for WiFi use, really cheap gesture.

Untuk liburan dengan budget level menengah atas, hotel ini ok banget. Hotelnya luas, ada kolam renang, wifi, sepeda gratis, kamar nyaman, pemandangannya bagus dan banyak kelebihan lainnya. Lokasinya juga ok banget, di pantai Kuta. Paket travelling yang ditawarkan hotel juga ok banget. Hotel ini Ok deh untuk liburan dengan keluarga.

Cannot comment on food as didn’t dine in the hotel although the Chinese is rumoured to be fantastic! But that’s all hearsay.excellent beds super comfy and ample space

Now my 14th time staying here at the Bali dynasty hotel and it's just as amazing as ever. Nothing gets boring after all that time and it's great that everyone still remembers me and the rest of my family. Pretty near to the airport.the close beach is right behind this hotel. There's a little pool behind the 1st floor room. The food is quite nice. So many fishes in the pond.that's really catch me. The only thing im not into is the old bamboo slice made curtain in the toilet room.so annoying.no need to peep, because it can be seen from the outside. The toilet room no longer privat w/ that problem i think since its close to the closet
