We rented a car for 2 weeks.
We had a wonderful trip around the island! Traffic in some areas is very busy, it is better to go to the North.
Everything went great, no problems. The car was delivered to us in a remote area of ​​the island at our request.
The owner is very kind, positive and ready to help with any questions!
At the end of the rental, the car was returned at the hotel, without any problems.

I visited bali for 10 days with my wife and 2 year son. I hired a self drive car with a car seat from cheap car Bali and my experience was flawless. I did not want to hire a scooter with a child for safety and in hindsight it was an excellent decision because of hilly terrain in Bali.

I interacted with Made before the trip and he is a genuine and humble person. He answered all my questions patiently and also gave me confidence that it will be a good experience to drive in Bali - which it was indeed! Upon arrival - I got the car deliver to my hotel. It was done by Wayan who was very professional and friendly.

The car itself was vary clean and well maintained and proved to be a boon for our family. It was also a saviour to go out during hot afternoons with Aircon. My son was able to sleep in the car seat and we did not have to worry about safety. And we could also set music to our taste. We used the car to cover a lot of places from ulun danu in north to heavens gate in east to uluwatu in the south. No challenges whatsoever. The traffic sense in Bali is also good for car drivers (better than India from where I come).

The car got a bit dirty as we used it a lot but Wayan was kind to accept it and mentioned that that will take care of it. They also agreed to pick it up from a different location were originally delivered which I thought was very convenient.

I honestly liked the service and it was a highlight of our trip. We were a bit sad parting with the car at the end.

Given the service and car quality - it should be names ‘Quality car’ and not ‘cheap car’

Great experience I recommend without hesitation! We rented a car for our 15 day road trip with our 2 year old daughter throughout Bali and we loved it! The car rented by Made Surisna was spacious and handled all the mountain roads without problem! There was also a baby seat for our daughter. Everything was impeccable! Made is very available and accommodating. He came to drop the car off at our hotel and came back to pick it up when we left. We had a car for 6 days. The arrangement for the rental was done just on the evening before the rental by whatsapp. The car was ready and brought to our hotel the next day. It was a very new car. It was big enough for us two plus luggage and small enough for crowded Bali traffic situations. The return was uncomplicated too. Even our last minute changes in drop-off location and return time were handled very well.
