A bit expensive but a very experienced guy. Converted my mirrorless camera to full spectrum, I was very happy with the service.

I had a big problem with shutter button on my fujifilm xt4. Even Sinar photo couldn’t fix it without changing the whole panel.
But here bapak fixed the button in one day. It wasn’t cheap, however it is worth it.

Fast service, done on the next day, a bit pricey but worth the money if you want to use your camera again.
Even gives guarantee that it will work, if not, no charge. After three weeks something was wrong again with the previously repaired shutterbutton but he fixed it without charge. Thank you!

Definitely overcharges foreigners. Neither was he pleasant. Would have paid the 1500000IDR (for the small SD card mishap) but when someone isn’t pleasant/rude I will not put money in their pockets. I declined and found another place. Techno Services located in Denpesar

He’s fast response and able to recommend you some camera that might good for your needs too. I really enjoyed to have a such a conversation with him.

You can bring car/ motorbike since the place has huge parking lot. Better to make a reservation with him first through WhatsApp or phone call.

Iwan is the best. Came to Bali and the frame counter of my Voigtländer Bessa R broke. Wrote him an email and he replied super fast. Communication via WhatsApp was even better.

He checked the camera, estimated the price, which was reasonable, and fixed the camera within 2 days.

If you have any issues with your camera, go to Iwan. He is such a humble and nice person and on top he did such a great job that I can’t believe I’ve found someone like him who is able to fix my camera in Bali.

Can’t thank him enough since the Bessa is not quite an easy camera to fix.

Sangat mengecewakan servis ditempat ini.membersihkan jamur dan memperbaiki putaran zoom in - zoom out lensa.kena charge 500rb, namun lensa sama sekali tidak ada perubahan, masih kotor dan berjamur!
putaran lensa pun masih keras sama seperti di awal.berbagai alasan pun dikeluarkan sang pemilik agar terlihat meyakinkan.

Owner bilang lensa dibersihkan dengan cara dibongkar dan proses tidak dapat ditunggu. Namun setelah saya bawa ketempat servis lain, teknisi lain bilang bahwa lensa sama sekali tidak dibongkar, hanya dibersikan pakai dust blower. Dan akhirnya saya hanya membutuhkan biaya 70% lebih murah untuk membuat lensa bersih kembali seperti baru, dan proses dapat ditunggu.

Terima kasih pak Iwan.saya telah memberikan anda uang 500rb dengan cuma cuma.

Saran saya tolong tidak overcharge kepada pelanggan anda, terlebih jika pelanggan anda hanyalah fotografer pemula yang ingin mengenal dunia fotografi lebih dalam.

Standar pembayaran tidak sesuai dgn perbaikan, dimana kamera sy mati, dan sy bawa ke toko ini dan msih di cek kerusakanya, dan kira" bayar 500rb kata owner, dan sy menyetujuinya, krena sy kira ada banyk mesin yg hrus di ganti, tetapi tidak, hanya kerusakan pda tombol power nya, itu pun hanya di perbaiki bukan di ganti, dan bayarnya 500rb wow gila, kalo memng sy tau klo tombol power nya aja yg rusak dan di kenakan biaya 500rb, mungkin sy tidak mau, sy sangat menyesal sekali datang ke toko ini karena tidak ada standar pembayaran, mungkin penyebabny corona jadi sekli datang pelanggan langsung di kenakan biaya yg sangat mahal, sangat kecewa karena tidak ada konfirmasi kerusakan sebelum di perbaiki.mungkin sy mukak tampang"bukan paham tentang perkameraan jadi gampang di bodohi

My camera is an oldie, a Canon t2i that needed the sensor to be cleaned and to free the flash since it was stuck. I searched for Canon Repair Shops in Bali and paid attention to the scores and then read several reviews.

I picked this shop based on some of the reviews but most importantly because it seemed to be a mom-and-pop shop with substantial less business than the big stores in Dempasar and I want to help struggling small business cope with this Covid-19 situation.

When I arrived the owner apparently was not busy, I explained to the old man what my camera needed he said not passible to do it the same day but I could come back the following day to pick it up. Then he proceeded to quote me the astonishing sum of 2 million rp for 2 very simple tasks. I told him it was too expensive, gave thanks and I left.

From there I went to Canon Care Center Bali, I told them the same issues my camera was having, they quoted me 283,000 rp and asked me to come back in 2 hours. Later they call me to say my camera was ready and both issues were resolved plus they cleaned my lens and lubricated the zoom mechanism.

Some people see bule (foreigner) and automatically the prices go up.

Had a brand new camera and it was damaged with seawater. Brought it to this guy and normally salt water is fatal for your camera, he fixed mine within 1 day! I dont think he overcharges foreigners at all, it is a fair price you pay for a really great service. Thank you so much you made my day:)

Tempat service kamera dan lensa langganan. Pelayanan bagus dan cepat. Kwalitas terjamin dengan teknisi berpengalaman sehingga dapat dipercaya.

Di bulan juli awal saya datang untuk membersihkan lensa camera poket saya dari jamur minim. Dikarenakan servis pertama saya yang lancar dan harga yang wajar, alhasil saat datang saya percayakan pada pak Iwan tanpa menego harga. Setelah pembersihan selesai, datanglah saya kembali ke toko. Tak disangka saat saya ingin membayar, biaya yang diminta malah seharga beli kamera poket itu sendiri, dimana alasan dari pemilik terbelit belit dan tidak jelas.

All in all,
Saya recommend tempat ini buat orng yang emang sudah tau harga servis tetapi saya sangat tidak MERECOMMEND tempat ini buat orng orng awam dikarenakan tidak adanya standarisasi harga.
