Bali Butterfly Park

The park is informative, but not very big. It is sad to learn the short lifespan of moths and butterflies.

The nursery, the beetles and the "museum" are interesting. Unfortunately very few butterflies in the wild.

Great spot, super fun. This place had butterflys, stickbugs, moths, beetles, Scorpios and spiders. The price was only 80,000 rupiah.

Poor animals that are kept there, everything very run down and then an entrance fee of 100k, we didn't do it

Covered Butterfly Garden with ponds and streams on 50are site. Good information of the lifecycle of the butterfly and a hatching nursery, staff are very helpful and informative, some great photo opportunities. Entry fee of 100krp includes the garden tour, some excellent displays of beetles and a museum butterfly collection.
Go on a sunny day, best in the morning.

One of the place that you must visit in Tabanan. I have been here twice.
I personally love butterflies, so this place was really wonderful experience for me.
There were a lot of butterflies flying in the park. We can visit the nursery as well and have interaction with newly emerged butterflies.
There were butterfly museum and spider cave too.
The staffs were so informative and nice.

Tempatnya seperti kurang terawat baik, tanamannya terlalu tinggi2 jadi agak horor.

I want everyone try to see this place, I personally Love when Ms. Putu explained how the cocoon got it metamorphosis to such a beautiful butterfly it go its own chamber full of cocoons.

Love that place. So do my kids. You can have the butterflies on you. Not a big touristy place (which is part of the reason i like it!)

Very serene, we can spend an hour or two in a garden and museum full of butterflies and beetle, there's a butterfly conservatory where the staff lets us hold a real live butterfly to take pictures with. Very good for children.

We spent a wonderful couple of hours here. We were attended to so well and were taught all about the life cycle of these beautiful butterflies and it was such a bonus being able to hold so many of them. Our daughter was quite blown away, as were we.

There is a few butterflies here, not massive but there are some. Cost us 170k for two adults so it is a bit expensive. I guess the positives of this is it's keeping local people in a job and there was a bunch of young local school children there on an excursion or something so I guess it's worth supporting it for them. I wouldn't bother going there again, but if you're in the area and have cash to spare, could be worth a visit just to support the community.

We have been to both butterfly parks in Bali now and this one was much better. Cheaper, quieter and the staff were happy to teach the children all about the butterflies. They also seemed to genuinely care about their butterflies.

Fun place to take the kids to have a close experience with the many kinds of butterflies in the enclosures. Although the area is small, it’s a good and inexpensive place to take the kids to for about 1-2 hours. The staff are very friendly and will help the children hold and touch the bugs (stick insects and stag beetles) and butterflies. The only downside really is that it’s quite far from other attractions so it takes quite some effort to get here.

Tempat yang bisa memberi anak-anak pengetahuan tentang kupu-kupu dan berbagai serangga. Tempatnya tolong lebih diperhatikan lagi kebersihannya.

Well, this one is great. So far costs 85.000 rupiah per person, which is the cheapest I know and offers a great experience. Aside from butterflies some great bugs and spiders can be seen. Also sells souvenirs in a variety of forms most directly linked and made at the place.
