Mean to cover the old tattoo, but being told can't cover it, due to been covered before, but then tel me to recolour and reshape here and there.asked my budget and then tell me double the price.although the work is fine, but felt like a stupid wallet.

Clean comfy environment. Professional consultancy and extremely refine work of tattooist Dewa. His creativity and skills, adding on his great passion and a perfectionist, has put him above many others. I have never met such an artist and i strongly recommend those of you who are very serious in getting a tatt done. This is the place.
