7 I went there to relax because I read a few reviews about salt therapy for the first time. It was relaxing and different.
They will give you a prev about the session, and there is a locker to leave your personal stuff. Then you will be in the salt room the duration is 45 mins. The room about chairs and salt covering the floor.
My wife saw this place while walking and I never heard of such a thing. But she wanted to try it and it was only 220k each (14$ dollars). My wife says their about 45$ back home so we decided to try it. The staff was so kind and we got right to it. We sat in some comfy chairs with a blanket because it was cold. The room began to fill with salt in the air and I thought I would be coughing and sneezing but I wasn’t. I got relaxed and before I knew it I was asleep due to it being super relaxing. I woke up when the time finished and I felt amazing. I don’t know what the room did but I definitely would keep trying. I did feel better the rest of the day
I love BBB! I visit whenever in Ubud and am always greeted with fantastic friendly service and a clean and relaxing environment. It helps to clear out my lungs after years of smoking and also really great for my allergies!
Nice place for relaxing and cooling down:) good opportunity to get treatment if you got sick we visited few times with baby, who played with salt like with kinetic sand. It is a bit cool inside, take a jacket and pants for kids.
A very relaxing, Clean and beneficial place.
When arrive from a long flight, Salt Therapy is the first thing that we have to do. As we know we can catch any bacteria during traveling. With Salt Therapy can help to kill the bacteria inside the airways in a natural way, as salt have an antibacterial property therefore leave us a better breathing and the holiday more enjoyable. Higly recommended.
