I went to this beauty salon for a manicure and pedicure, and the results are incredible, they work with superb precision. The quality of the products is just like in Europe

After having been very satisfied with my manicure and pedicure, I came back for the brow lamination and shape treatment, still very pleased with the services, this treatment makes the eyes look bigger, the difference is incredible. I'm so happy with this beauty salon, I've made another appointment for my hair color.

If you’re willing to sit for longer than usual to have pure perfection, and a lasting (3 plus weeks) manicure pedicure THIS is the place. I’ve frequented many nail salons over the past 15 years in Bali, and thought when we moved here this past year I would forgo the concept of having nice nails because the results were never great, the gel or polish would peel after days and chalked it up to a harsh climate. I work a lot with my hands (wash them a lot), wear sandals, and this mani/pedi exceeds anything I felt possible (for ANYWHERE) in the world. This is not a 5 star, it gets infinite bonus stars ️

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. I went for a blow dry. Firstly they only had cold water for the wash, the wash it’s self was awful. I had to stop her twice to dry my hair more as she was proceeding to straighten my hair wet. She used so much heat straightening and curling each piece twice with absolutely no heat protection. I messaged on insta to say I have extensions and they said it was fine. They don’t know how to manage extensions which is fine but be honest with your customers. I hate leaving bad reviews but I said I wasn’t happy when I left and the manager simply shrugged at me and said you’ve been here 2 hours. Which is false and secondly it is not my responsibility to manage your time. When I said I would be leaving a review she wanted me to come back and talk after being so rude. If you are going for any hair treatments there are so many other better salons around which are better and know how to manage extensions. To add this blow dry was 450K so not necessarily cheap and so I expected it to be half decent for the price being charged.

I did not like the pedicure, because they do it on dry skin without steaming the skin. The cuticle is cut on dry skin, the heels are sawn by spraying water from the spray. I was not happy and hurt. It seems that master in new in her job, she cut the cuticle very deep on two fingers so I had blood cut and she worked too slowly - 2 hours.

Everything was perfect - very cool and cute salon, on time, I didn't have to wait one minute, the girl spoke very good English, provide good advice to help me in finding the best eyelashes for me and attractive price. I'll come back for sure

Hairdresser- is the best! I've done highlights, toner and cut on my medium length blond hair and she has done a fantastic job! The colour was perfect and precise what I've asked for. I'll definitely come back there.

I got highlights done by Karina today and I'm so happy with the results! I was very worried about my hair being overprocessed (cause it lightens so quickly and they dont use Olaplex) but she took my concerns seriously, washed some of the foils out earlier and was generally very careful not covering the already bleached hair again. She also picked a good color for the toner and because of the airtouch technique, it will grow out nicely. All in all, a great experience and I can really recommend going there - I also saw some of the mani and pedicure results and was stunned by the quality. Great work, guys!
