5 I visited their roastery, smelled their medium roasted arabica coffee, since I like my espresso with a full body and low acidity I ordered a second crack roast, which they roasted perfectly, the acidic notes are gone to the point I was expecting and it smells perfect for a good espresso
Update: Today I brewed my first coffee with their beans and well the roast is just perfect, as I smelled the beans after a rest of 5 days, they had this hint of fruitic flavors with the combined smell of a full nutty-chocolate feel to them, as I grinded them for my metal filter the house was filled with this wonderful smell, the outcome was a cup that had very very low acidity, no sourness and a full bodied taste. I will update this post again once I get my rancillo epoca back from the service
Wonderful coffee place that I’ve been looking for. The beans come from their own farm, and their luwak coffee is wild fed, which is ethnical and sustainable way to get luwak coffee.
This place understand coffee, they know what they are doing, they served us true balinese coffee that brings out the taste of the land instead of the pure bitterness coffee we get from typical shop.
I also ordered Kintamani coffee in v60, it is fruity and lemony, great flavour!
They also serve specialty coffee and gluten free cakes.

Looking for a great coffee beans with honest quality? This place is for you! I love how I can get a coffee bean straight from the coffee farm. The owner greet us with a nice hospitality. We really enjoy the conversation with him. Plus he has affordable Kintamanis coffee and many more for you to buy back home.

Small but great roastery.
Roasting space by the owner of a coffee farm in Kintamani.
It produces 25 tons of green beans (including Robusta) per year and is said to be on a coffee tour.
If you're lucky, you can taste the drip coffee, but if not, it's a good place to buy coffee beans. 70,000 rupiah for 200 grams.
I changed it to a hand mill and drank it down with a French press. It was the best coffee I drank during my trip to Ubud!
