We booked a private hike up mount batur with this company very last minute via WhatsApp. The driver arrived promptly at our hotel at 2: 30am, Tana was our guide up the mountain and he was so great! Figured out our hiking experience quickly and was an excellent guide with excellent conversation and photography skills at the top. Wonderful company for the 3 of us, would highly recommend!

I had the best time hiking with this company. I hiked with them back in 2018 and now hiked with them in 2023. Such an amazing experience. The company makes the trip so easy. Our guide Gede was really great!

I did the Mt Agung Trek with this agency. Really quick and professional answers on WhatsApp. The trek itself is honestly quite hard but with determination I think most people can complete it. Just go step by step, stay focus and listen to your guide. Speaking of the guide, I had Ketut and he is not only a really great guide but also a really nice person, if he is available he is the one you need. Really pro, really nice and careful. He has a lot to share and he will make this trek even more perfect.
Overall it was maybe the best experience of my life, the challenge is so rewarding, the view at the summit is out of this world and it will just leave tou speechless.
Can't recommend enough this agency and please ask for Ketut or his friend, they will make sure your trek will be safe and enjoyable.

Today we did a sunrise hike to the summit of Mount Batur, our guide was WAYAN ANTON. He was an absolutely fantastic guide from pick up to drop off. He was informative during the whole hike, a good breakfast was provided and a hot drink. He was careful to watch over us and ensure we didn't slip and offered a hand where necessary. Aside from that he had a great sense of humour. We thoroughly enjoyed the trek, and would recommend Wayan as a guide to anyone.

The tour with Mangku was simply great. He explained a lot to us and we had very nice conversations.
Luckily we had him as a guide. The equipment was also professional. We were given real hiking sticks and headlamps, where others had to hike with wooden sticks and handheld flashlights. He took very nice photos for us.
Our driver Ketut was also very nice and we had very nice conversations with him too.
We just didn't like the Batur Hot Springs. Too many people, so you can't relax after the hike. Would rather book the tour without Hot Springs. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Recommended guide to enjoy sunrise & explore black lava area. The driver is very polite, the guide is very experience and very helpful to take pictures

I couldn’t recommend this company more. We booked the camping option on Mount batur and the service was perfect. I couldn’t say one bad thing about our experience. A special shout-out to our tour guide Kliwan, who is a complete asset to this company. What an amazing tour!

We did sunrise trekking mt batur and rafting ayung river. Good experience to test your endurance during holiday. Driver was very friendly and we had a very good guide Carik (fluent English) for trekking mount Batur. At the summit he even made us a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend booking with this company!
