AYU MAS SARI

The pricing on their website is a lie. They trap customers while actual price is double the price written in website.
Their excuse is it was the promo price but why not correcting those prices for many months? !

Jgn nyewa disini, buruk sekali. Harga di web beda jauh setelah dikonfirmasi melalui WA, dgn alasan promo sudah habis, padahal sudah jelas itu bukan harga promo, tpi hrga normal. NgelEs rental ni.

HATI2 LAIN KALI MAU SEWA DI SINI. AWALNYA BILANG AVANZA MATIC TIDAK ADA DAN MAKSAIN AYLA PENYAKITAN. MAKSAIN REBORN YANG AGAK MAHAL, SETELAH MAU DIRETUR KATANYA AVANZA MATIC ADA. DISEMBUNYIKAN MACAM GADIS PERAWAN AVANZA MATICNYA.nyesal enggak baca review dulu. Awalnya janji mobil aylanya sehat ternyata diterima indikator mesin tidak mati saat mobil dinyalakan. Saya sudah bilang dari awal saya tidak mengerti mesin mobil jadi kasih saya mobil yang standar2 aja (bukan musti baru atau kilat) yang penting sehat!

Saya googling ternyata indikator mesin tidak mati itu banyak masalah yaitu salah satunya boros minyak. Katanya enggak apa2 itu, iya kalau ada kenapa2 nanti emang ada tanggung jawab dari sampeyan?

Down payment 1 juta rupiah, saya bilang saya retur dan potong ongkos antar saja untuk pengembalian dana saya dan mobilnya saya balikin eh malah katanya potong uang sewa 1 hari. Emang halal ya makan uang sewa mobil begitu? Katanya saya yang salah mau cancel? Saya yang salah mau cancel atau mbaknya yang salah bilang ke saya mobil sehat tapi ngasihnya mobil tidak sehat?

Ujung2nya saya bilang tidak apa2 potong uang sewa 1 hari mobilnya tidak saya pakai. Saya tidak suka janji diingkar begitu. Langsung panggilan telepon saya dimatikan. Bukannya minta maaf malah situ yang ngamuk.

Mobil belum saya pakai ya. Saat saya terima mobil saya naik ke atas kamar hotel lagi mandi dan beres2 pakaian mau dilaundry jadi da jarak waktu saya terima mobil dan komplen.

Akhir kata TERIMA KASIH YA MBAK SUDAH BOHONGIN SAYA DARI AWAL BILANG AVANZA MATIC TIDAK ADA, MOBILNYA SEHAT DAN MAKASIH UANG SAYA DIAMBIL 1 HARI SEWA TANPA SAYA PAKAI MOBIL PENYAKITAN.

Review tidak pernah salah. Beberapa baris di bawah ini sudah menunjukkan review sebenarnya. Sewa harian tidak ada, tapi sewa lebih dari 3 hari bisa. Ujung-ujungnya akan dicoba cari dari rekanan.

The staff are helpful especially Pak Kadek. Be aware a guy named AGUS. He was the one who sent the car. He was rude and unprofessional.

1) The car was supposed to arrive at 7: 30 but arrived an hour and a half late
2) The driver charged us 50,000 because there wasn't enough petrol to deliver the vehicle to us
3) When the car arrived it was only on one bar, where did the fuel go?
4) We get stopped at a random check and the officer issues us a fine for 250,000 because the papers which were issued to us were illegal and the police officer withheld my partners licence
5) The owner arrives to the police station an hour after we call to provide the original papers
6) The car was full of spiders!
Our entire day was been ruined because of this operator.

Worst car rental ever
The guy who send me the car wasnt friendly and they didn't notice all the rules of the rent car
They took my ktp (id card)
I dont know if i cant drive the car outside Bali, they stop me in the middle of the road and the guy from the rent car keep yell at me and they look so angry
I've rent so many cars in Bali, maybe more than 10 times, but this rent guy didnt respect to their cust.

I really recommend their services as they care about their customer experiences not just the money.they gave me a reasonably cheap price. I’ve used the services twice and im satisfied with the cars condition. You have to check first if they give you the right car like you ordered. I think this is the best place for you to rent a car in bali.

Unprofessional!
I have to wait almost 1 hour in the airport. Seems forget to pick up. I rent suzuki karimun estilo and it's in bad condition. All dirty especially the interior and the machine is bad. Power Steering sometimes not working.
Owner/office didn't inform the driver that I already give down payment. And in the end the driver also asked for parking fee in the airport which I refused to give.
The one thing stopping me to give 1 star is they are cheap.
