AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI

In short, I'm satisfied with everything.

I stayed here on my honeymoon.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The sea view from the room is also wonderful.
Necessary amenities are either provided in your room or delivered to your room if you call. Also, the quality of the amenities is high. (However, when it comes to toothbrushes, they are larger than what Japanese people usually use and have an unfamiliar shape. However, this is not a factor that lowers the review results.)

There is nothing to say about the hotel's facilities. Many clean and beautiful pools and attached pool bars make for a great holiday experience. If you are a guest, you can rent towels and enjoy your stay without any inconvenience. My recommendation is Ocean Beach Pool. Nothing beats spending time quietly by the pool overlooking the ocean. (On a side note, I was able to fulfill my dream of drinking pina colada while lying on the sofa by a wonderful pool)
As for the beach, it's a bit rocky, so if you're going to swim, you'll want to remember to protect your feet. However, the scenery is great.

The food is also perfect. You can choose from three breakfast buffet venues depending on your mood that day. The menu is extensive and you will never get bored.
There are also many other restaurants where you can enjoy seafood, Indonesian cuisine, and other Asian cuisines. The taste was great, and they even accommodated my wife's request for less spicy food, as she doesn't like spicy food.
I especially recommend the Iga Babi (sweet and spicy pork ribs and rice). The meat is tender and juicy. You can probably eat it at the restaurant called Padi under the entrance of Ayana Resort.
Also, the rock bar is great. The BBQ chicken wings are spicy, juicy and highly recommended. There is also a wide variety of drinks on the menu, all of which are delicious. I recommend chasing the sun. It has the beautiful hue of a sunset and tastes like a delicate sweet.

As for the hospitality, it is sophisticated and satisfying. All the staff are kind and caring. And we can receive the information and services we need. Information and help functions within the resort area can also be accessed through the app.very convenient.

About the location. It's a quiet and beautiful place and I'm satisfied. Mobility is provided to move around the large resort area without any inconvenience.
However, it can be far from the city center, so travelers are advised to plan their transportation in advance if they plan to spend their leisure time away from the resort. It is not practical to reach this resort on foot from Jimbaran.

If I were to make a request, it would be as follows. However, these are minor details and do not detract from the best experience you can have here.

・There is a shop inside the hotel, but it didn't seem to sell drinks. It would have been very convenient to have it.
・It was a shame that Paddy, which is also the breakfast buffet venue, could not be used for lunch. I wanted to taste Iga Babi for my last meal of my stay. However, we understand the convenience of switching operations from breakfast. I look forward to the next time I visit.

Had dinner at Sami Sami. Liked the pasta but everything else was average. Pizza wasn't that good. Sunset was nice but too many people.

We hired professional photographer and wish to take some pictures of ours within this hotel compound.
But we were that told we will be charged for Rp 9 million (Usd 650) if we used proffesional camera.
We do not understand this and cancelled the photo session here
It will be no charge if we just take pictures with mobile phones.

A little bit on the luxurious side in terms of pricing but the view, the establishment and services worth every penny. Keep up the good work!

Excellent ambience. The services were good but I guess the food there could do with some improvisaton as the taste from my opinion is not up to the standard of a prestige hotel like ayana. The food presentation was excellent the only thing is the food should taste better.

Beautiful hotel. The room and view are amazing! Initially we got twin beds, but the receptionist managed to change it to king size bed. The bed was gigantic! Amenities in the bathroom were also remarkable. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many choices. The taste was okay. You can visit Kubu beach or legendary Rock Bar to enjoy the sunset. Wear comfortable shoes or sandals to explore the hotel because it's huge.

Excellent service all round, fantastic staff, accommodation and environment. This review doesn't do it justice.

The best resort ever! Area spanning acres and a private beach. Spa on the rocks is a major attraction.

This is our home away from home. We love this resort and the amazing hospitality. Everybody is so thoughtful and kind. We stayed at the Mulia for a night and immediately regretted our decision, as the service did not even come close to Ayanas. Cannot rave enough about the impeccable service every single time were here! 10 stars!

Beautiful resort with very pricey food. If u don't mind go there to splurge, this is definitely a place to go to.

Beautiful infinity pool and Rock Bar. Rooms are getting outdated and pricey. You can use the facilities in the sister Rimba Hotel which is a bonus.
This resort can be boring at night and it is not convenient for people who like shopping or hanging out.
