The staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful in every aspect during our stay and we have no complaints about the value, service or the accommodation. We can highly recommend the Beach House and infinity pool as another great section of the Away Resort. The great massages available and the easy access pathway to the beach.

Lovely resort, great location with staff being very helpful. Thank you so much Suci. Would stay again.

Love this place! Will definitely be coming back. Best location, best service, extremely accomodating. The staff are so incredibly friendly and talkative. The rooms are so spacious and cleaning services are exceptional. Love the lady down at the waffle stand at the front. She is so so so sweet and friendly and deserves a fan in that hot box.

Great stay for 2 nights with lovely ambience and in the best location in Legian. Perfect for family or just be yourself.

My friend and I enjoyed a relaxing and pleasant week at this resort. Staff were particularly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay most comfortable- a special thank you to Mila (x2) in the food area and Agus in particular who maintained our room in an exemplary manner while at the same time entertaining us with the various “towel” animals. - we will definitely return to this friendly and professional establishment- Peter and Jan - room 1302

Love this place but noticed the some staffs only nice to caucasians.
I guess I'm just disappointed with the treatments from some of the staffs on none caucasian. I rather not remember this experience.

The house keeping guys were excellent Mawanta was very friendly and our room was cleaned early nothing was a problem.

A wonderful AWAY stay with my family over the New Year period. Evan and the team provided truly exceptional service and we could not have been happier to start 2023 on Legian Beach with a big smile!

Ade and Suci, the staff at Away Legian Camakilla, were amazing! Not only did they memorise my daughters name and talk to her at breakfast daily, they taught her new Indonesian words and brought her an item she was nostalgic for, Vegemite (we are from Australia). The staff helped us with all of our needs, as well as ensured that we were satisfied with our breakfast, which by far was the most enjoyable part of our day. We are extremely grateful for the staff at this hotel and would most definitely come back.

The staff were AMAZING! Tya from reception made sure we were looked after so well and Ayu and Widi from kids club were fantastic with our 1 and 4 year old. It gave us a much needed break to eat lunch and relax while our children were with trusted people. The dining staff were also fantastic and did their best to cater to our vegan diet. Cleaning staff were so cool and made our daughter different towel animals every time they cleaned the room.

The room we stayed in was a pool access deluxe room and it was worth every cent. They turned the day bed into a bed for my daughter which was more than big enough for a 4 year old, could probably work for up to 6 years old to save the cost of an extra bed. They organised a cot for our 1 year old and set it up so nicely. It was clean, fresh, the aircon worked well, large and spacious and very modern.

We will definitely stay again!

Away hotel is in a great location surrounded by bars and restaurants and right opposite the beach. The pool is realy relaxing and the pool rooms are great and have their own loungers in front of the room to use.
The staff are all so lovely but a special mention to Tia who was fantatstic during my stay and helped me retreive belongs I had left behind at my previous hotel, she really went above and beyond.

Amazing! We always stay here because of the friendly staff (especially suchi) and the beautifully kept hotel. We are back for our wedding / honeymoon next year with all our friends and family.

We just finished 7 nights at Away Camakila Legian and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, between the beach and the restaurants along Jalan Padma Utara. Buffet breakfast was first class with food cooked to order as well as fresh fruit, Indonesian offerings and pastries - the kids loved the doughnut wall! The two pools are lovely and we spent many hours there. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Special mention to Suci and Kuntara for their friendly attentiveness throughout our stay. This is a top hotel in the price range.

Well we’re do I start, from the night of check in to the day of departure the staff of this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They were friendly and would do anything to help you, always up for a chat and nothing was to much to ask. The rooms were always well cleaned and maintained and the buffet breakfast was amazing. Reception staff friendly. Gardeners very well mannered and always up for a chat. Money changes on premises honest and very professional. Once againThank you all again for such a great holiday and can’t wait too see you all again next year.
