We are so happy or I can say lucky that we found Elisabeth few years ago to be our wedding planner in Bali. As our wedding was come across in 3 years postponed because of Covid. It is no way to settle all the problems if just handled by myself. We appreciate all the staff they followed up in our big day. I may say there is always some trouble in different area when you hold a wedding so we are glad to find a good helper to share the worries that we have faced and make all plans happened.

First and foremost, I am Indonesian, but I have been living overseas for a long time. It has always been our dream to have a wedding in Bali. To make this dream come true, we needed a professional who resides in Bali. We contacted Elisabeth in May 2022, and from the very first conversation, we knew we had made the perfect choice by entrusting our wedding planning to Avavi Bali Weddings.

Preparing for a wedding can be stressful, but it wasn't when I worked with Elisabeth. Now that the wedding is over, I find myself missing those moments, our lengthy conversations, our meetings, the site visits, inspections, run-down discussions, and rehearsals. We LOVED our experience with Avavi Bali Wedding. We started our search for a wedding planner and interviewed many different people and companies but ultimately went with Avavi because of the detailed and timely interactions upon meeting. Specifically, we worked with Brittany which I believe was one of the reasons we had such a great experience! Brittany paid close attention to detail, our wants and desires, and helped us when we didn't know exactly what we wanted in certain situations. Brittany helped to keep us on schedule - but in a nice way! She recommended the best vendors and handled the communication so well! We were so lucky to have Brittany because she was able to translate our wishes to the vendors and have it executed flawlessly! Elizabeth and team were very responsive, friendly and accommodative throughout our wedding, both planning and organizing. The team recommended us not only for the best vendors in Bali but also provided us with many options and advises. Hence, throughout the wedding planning process we were actually quite relaxed.

First, we are not based in Bali, so we need help from someone local who can help us plan our dream wedding so, with the first call we had with Lia sometime in November 2021, we know that we made a perfect choice by trusting our wedding dream planning to Avavi Bali Weddings.

Lia and her team are very detailed and resourceful on recommendations from nanny service to dress alteration service, and ready to help with all questions, even prepare stuff that we didn't think of. They are also very prompt in response when we need them.
The assistants who followed me, Max, and the rest of the bridal party around had various skills that were very helpful to our needs on the day.
They are also responsible for giving us reports of items found after the wedding reception and handing over leftover bottles brought by our guests, complete with pictures, where they found them and to whom they handed over the item.

We knew from the start that we wanted vegan food and cakes for our wedding. To our surprise, Lia knows vegan bakers and introduced us to her, created a stunning and delicious vegan wedding cake, and curated a vegan-friendly catering company that fulfilled our wish to serve vegan steak at our wedding.

We wanted to thank you x3000 to you and your team; you guys deliver everything and beyond, connecting us to excellent and professional vendors working together to make sure our dream wedding comes true. We feel so relaxed, just focused and enjoying the most special day of our life, us getting married, and Avavi Bali Weddings team took care of the rest.

We had the best experience with Avavi Bali! Elisabeth was our planner and we can’t even say how grateful we are for her and the whole experience! She made our planning experience so easy and seamless. Liz was so responsive and always got back to us asap! Being that we were never in Bali, she gave me her input on all the places I asked about. Even things that were not part of the wedding! Liz was even super helpful to our guests who asked her questions! Not only did she help with the wedding but our whole wedding week and all the activities inbetween. On the wedding day, the whole Avavi team did so much for us, we were not expecting it! We had our own assistants and they had everything for us. I’m so thankful for all of them because it was the best day ever. We love you Liz! Thanks again for everything. We wanna redo the whole experience!?

Elisabeth and her team were a godsend for us. After hearing so many stories of the stresses of wedding planning. We decided to go with a planner and could not have been in better hands.

Our wedding was originally scheduled for August 2020, but in March of 2020 we knew it had to be delayed. We were stressed, but Elisabeth and her team alleviated us of this right away. She offered solutions and created spreadsheets on spreadsheets to track down vendors and provide status updates.

After rescheduling 3 times (literally, August 2020 -> May 2021 -> Nov 2021 -> August 6,2022) we were finally able to have our wedding. Elisabeth constantly argued with our vendors to make sure NO ONE charged us a single change fee despite all the changes and the delay Elisabeth. She even argued with the vendors saying the rate they quoted in 2020 was going to be the effective rate in 2022 for us.

My wife and I are not planners. Two weeks before the wedding we sent Elisabeth all the last minute details, asked her to book after parties and boats and we are pretty sure that those two weeks she and her team just didn’t sleep and were on standby for us all the time. The wedding came out even better than the renderings she made for us, and we felt like it was something out of a movie.

One member of her team that deserves a special shoutout is Brittany. I told her my sisters like postcards and she designed custom postcards to be printed and that could be mailed out during the Wedding. She also designed the handout that would be provided to guests to tell them of the schedule of our wedding and parties after.

Our friends complimented how smoothly the wedding went and during the wedding started asking for her contact details during the wedding. Their team went above and beyond.

One last point I would like to mention is that often people view planners as an unnecessary additional expense. There were a few Vendors / Hotels we were looking at staying around our wedding time and Elisabeth was able to help us save more $ through her relationships than her fee was. If keeping your sanity wasn't enough, I would also like to mention she saved us a TON of money through car bookings, hotel reservations, and pre-/post wedding activity planning.

We wanted to celebrate our wedding during our honeymoon in Bali once again. Just the two of us, small and private. I've searched through the web and finally found Avavi Bali. We got a look at their Instagram profile and we were in love. We contacted Avavi Bali on Instagram and Elizabeth happily presented her as our wedding planner. Everything went smooth and professional. At first we were a bit nervous because of our long distance - we are from Austria (6 hours time difference), but our fears were unfounded. We trusted Elizabeth in every way and she perfectly organized our weddingday from A to Z. We can promise every further couple will be in love with it! Elizabeth was available all the time and organized everything asap. Also as we arrived in Bali she always asked us and took care of us. Sadly the days before our wedding it rained and our plan was to do the ceremony at Tibumana Waterfall and it was really muddy. Elizabeth gave her best to find another place to celebrate. But we were really lucky as he weather turned out to be good and we can do the ceremony at Tibumana. We where overwhelmed from the service and the whole team. Everything was very professional and well organized. Everybody from the team was super friendly and helpful, tooked care of us and made our day special. For me as a well organized person and perfectionist it is hard to just let it be, but I can't find the words to say how thankful I am for this amazing day!
Back in Austria we got the pictures and WOW. Looking at those pictures is like a dream, but it it was real that we made this wonderful experience, this amazing wedding day with lovely Elizabeth and her team. Thank you so much!
