Perfect! The room is even better than the photos show and it is so much more than just a place to sleep. You get to experience true balinese culture and living. Komang and his family become your family. I felt right at home. My only regret is I stayed only 2 nights. Thank you Komang!

They also offer a homestay on airbnb (Authentic living with balinese family & tradition) and it was amazing. Was living for 7 days with the family in a balinese house and could go to a local balinese ceremony. They provided everything for an unforgetable experience. Thank you so much!

Sometimes, traveling to new places, coming out of the airport, figuring out how to get to your hotel, hoping a taxi will take you there in just the time your body batteries are still charged, waiting and waiting and waiting for when you can just drop the suitcase, and then, the next day, finally start to enjoy it, all that can be a real Spartan Race. But not with Komang. He was just perfect: he sent us his picture to identify him as we walked out, was there (smiling) when we recognized him and he recognized us, drove us in half the time we feared it would take (it did take hours). And he helped us after that, made us discover his side of the island, led us to family and friends. And all the while, he smiled.

If you're looking for a driver in Bali look no further. Komang and Putu are two excellent drivers and we enjoyed their services more than once while in Bali. They are always on time, the car is very clean and there is a bottle of cold water waiting for you. Komang and Putu are very friendly and can tell you a lot about Bali. Somehow they just find the sweet spot between talking and explaining and just leaving you enjoy the scenery in silence. We always felt save whilst driving with Komang and Putu.

Komang is a great guy and an amazing driver. We are so happy we met him. He is always very polite and kind and we had an adventurous time together. He showed us around, everything was just perfect. Great experience with Komang who is incredibly punctual, trustworthy, polite, helpful and friendly. I was travelling alone and Komang was great to have a conversation with as he is very knowledgable with excellent English. Komang was also incredibly informative and gave lots of useful tips and recommendations for the day as well as the rest of my stay.

He certainly exceeded expectations and I had an excellent day! I have used other drivers in Bali before, but Komang is the best I have experienced by far. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely be back in touch with Komang when I return to Bali in the future.

I first met Komang while staying in West Bali over a year ago and I cannot say enough great things about his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. I used his driving services on two separate visits to Indonesia (West Bali and then Ubud) but honestly it felt more like spending time with a friend. Since I met Komang (owner of Authentic Bali Tours) about 17 years ago I've travelled with him more times than I could count. He's an excellent guide - helpful, informative and fun-loving. He will always go out of his way to be helpful and I would recommend his company without hesitation to anyone travelling to Bali. Komang's village in West Bali is situated in what is surely the most beautiful and unspoiled area on the entire island and would be a highlight of any visit to the island.
