Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center

This is a terrible hotel DONT STAY HERE!

Our room was dirty everything in the bathroom was broken and the tvs didnt work. To top it off we had cigarette smoke come to our bedroom through aircon.
When we complain they didnt care. No fair customer service at all!

Tempatnya panas sekali, toilet tidak ada blower bau”tidak sedap, sangat tidak disarankan.staff tidak ada yang ramah

The hotel is quite old, the room is big, there is a living room with a large sofa set. There is a work desk, but the lights in the office are very dim. Drinking water is provided by taking a bottle and pressing it from a machine in front of the room. The furniture equipment is quite old. In front of the hotel there is a convinion store, small enough to buy necessary items. The food at the hotel is tasty enough. It takes a long time to do (wait 30 minutes or more).

The service was ok but the room looked like an old building.
The walls had lots of stains and the bathroom was dirty.

This was not a 4 star hotel. I can say it wasn't even a good 3 star hotel.

Very nice hotel with nice view. In the center of the city. Nice swimming pool. Nice food. Must try chicken kung pao. Ayam lengukags.

A bit tired looking and not worth the price charged, breakfast had amazing options though. Having a duvet instead of a sheet was a pain as it was too hot also pillows were too full and hard so had to use a sofa cushion. One of the duvet covers had a stain very noticeably on top so didn't use that bed.

Pelayanan nya buruk, kondisi hotel kurang terawat dan bau, ac di lobby dan di luar kamar tidak di hidupkan. Hotel ini tidak sebagus dg namanya.

Hotel yang berada cukup strategis dkota denpasar dan mudah dijangkau, fasilitas lengkap, nyaman.recommed lah

Bagus banget, cocok utk liburan keluarga soalnya ada kamar utk keluarga, layanan nya bagus, semua nya bagus, cuma kalo breakfast harus bayar and cuma bisa sampe 4 orng disitu jelek nya -, - kesian yg berkeluarga besar gk bisa breakfast -, -

Just a standard hotel in bali. If you r planning to stay for one night because of the emergency situation - ok

Stafnya ramah. Nyaman juga. Soal makan, gampang kok. Kalau gak mau pesan di hotel bisa coba kuliner sekitaran hotel.

Nginep kesini karena saudara kebetulan membeli kamar disini, fasilitas cukup oke, pelayanannya ramah dan cukup cepat, makanannya juga enak-enak, cuman yang disayangkan disini adalah kolam renangnya yang agak tertutup yang menyebabkan airnya ssssangattttt dinginnnnn, klo orang dewasa/yang biasa dingin sih gapapa, kasian sama anak kecil yang renang disini ganyampe 10menit renang udahan karna badan menggigil. Overall good

The room is quite big, but unfortunately the room r also quite old n the restaurant r quite hot

It has big ballroom with access way outside the lobby so even there's big event, it won't give much inconvenience to the hotel guests. It also has couple of mushola (moslem praying room) that are quite big and clean. Something that's still many hotels in Bali don't have.

The room is really huge, maybe its because i take the family room. But, there is mosquitoes inside room and there is a huge leak from the air conditioner everywhere, i mean in my room ans my kids room (family room have 2 room inside). The food not really tasty. I feel a little bit uncomfortable but i already take this room for 5 nights. So sad.

Good place. Quite old building. Suitable for business purpose. If you want leasure hotel. You must choose another place near the beach

Bagus.fasiltas lengkap dan ditengah kota, pelayanannya ramah, beberapa staft mengenali saya dengan baik.
