Everything was great except one thing, and that was the strong, chemical smell in the room. It's just too much, your eyes are watering from it. I guess you can say it smells clean though. Just a heads up - if I knew it, I wouldn't have booked. Came across the same smell three times during our month of travels around multiple Indonesian islands.

Location: close to airport, walking distance to main roads. Plenty warung nearby.
Rooms: super clean, linen whiter than my teeth, aircon cool, enough space to store luggage, free wifi.
Else: flexible check in time (we arrived at 2am!), check out around midday, bathroom is clean with shampoo and shower gels. Modern toilet. Excellent rate.
Will stay again in future.

The location of the hotel is close to the airport, but it is located in one of the side streets. I did not expect it to be in such a side street. You can completely feel the neighborhood culture. Since Bali is generally safe, do not be afraid of passing through the side streets. Generally clean and with adequate facilities. Since it is close to the airport, it is generally preferred for short-term stays. It is quite sufficient for a short period of time and is affordable.

Perfect location, 10 min walking from the airport. I arrived late near midnight and the staff was still waiting for me at the reception. The room is very cozy and clean, comfortable stay and great value. They have breakfast, transfer to/from the airport, laundry services.

I was arrived late near midnight but the staff still waiting for me in the reception and the room is very cozy and smells very nice and in the night is very quiet they are near to the airport as well just walking 15 mins, the breakfast is 50,000 and they have airport pick up options! This is a very good experience, I would like to visit again!

Great hotel if you want to spend 1-2 nights in kuta. Rooms were clean and stuff was very kind. Its close to shops and they offer airport shuttle. It can be only difficult to find on the first time

This property is very close to the airport. It's a nice over night place when you arrived late at the airport. I was delayed at the airport and host waited for me. He also help me the next day to take me to Ubud.

Room small but very clean

The last reviews with 1 star are probably not real. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the airport. You can also quickly reach the beach, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The room is simply furnished, but offers everything you need. The only disadvantage is that (as is often the case in Asia) it is very noisy. The price performance ratio is very good.

Small but functionable room, has everything we need and even a TV. We walked from airport to the house at 10pm at night and its not too tough to find! Clean and quiet place, a rooftop for city view.
We ordered the breakfast for 50k/person and it turned out to be the best breakfast we had for our whole trip. A gem considering the price

Clean hotel, very kind and welcoming staff, good breakfast and 10 minutes from the airport on foot, this hotel is perfect for staying one night before or after a flight.

The hotel is perfect! The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and big.

It's good to sleep cheaply near the airport, first of all, the room is very clean and well maintained, and the owner and daughter are really kind. I had a hard time arriving in the evening and it was annoying to go out, so I ate food delivered from a Korean restaurant in Kuta, and I also lent a fork and spoon from the accommodation. They also sell empty land and water, so I didn't have to go out and it was comfortable. However, in the room on the 2nd floor, the Wi-Fi was too slow.

Lovely clean room, easy walking distance to the airport terminals and the beach. Nearby warungs in the lanes, and restaurants at the beach.

Our flight had a bad delay, so we arrived in the middle of the night. The communication with the owner went smooth and they explained a self check in procedure to us. So at 03: 30 we arrived in a clean and air conditioned room where we could nicely sleep.
