Went for a massage and facial. The team was so friendly and skilful. Will def be back next time I’m in Bali.

I am dreaming of the day that I can get back to Bali and of course Aspya Spa.
It is a total relaxation experience.
The massage was dreamy and on my next visit I will make sure I book one everyday. I also I had my hair done and I can honestly say it has never looked better. 5 out 5 for sure!

On our recent girls trip to Bali we discovered Aspya Spa.we were treated like Queens Aldo & the ladies pampered to our every desire with facials, massages, Mani & Pedis, waxing, tanning & Silk eyelashes (unlike past experiences in Oz. NO irritation!) Highly recommend & can't wait to come back!

Lovely little spa in the heart of Seminyak. Treatment done: Facial with extraction, massage and body scrub.
After my treatment, Fian greeted me Happy Birthday and handed me a bar of chocolate which was such a lovely surprise holidaying on my own. It was such a delightful treat that made my day!

5 star for going above and beyond also for the following: location is easy to find, place is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and attentive.

I went with my friend (male) on the way home from surfing.
I looked it up on Google and went there because I could take a hot shower.
After surfing, I took a shower first.
After that, I had an oil massage for 1 hour.
Was it near closing time?
It was a relaxing massage. Just rubbing!
My friend said the same thing.
And I entered the store at 18: 40
I left the store at 17: 45

Massage time is about 40 minutes.
You're spoiling it! ! !

Everyone here was very lovely! Texted at 3 PM asking if they had a slot open for two people, got a massage appointment for 6: 30 PM. 60 minutes was not enough! The atmosphere was really nice, the massage was great, not so crowded street with parking space, will definitely come again if I’m in Bali!

So good we went back three times. Great range of massages and treatments for me, my wife and my daughter. Will definitely visit again next time we travel to Bali.

Got a full leg wax at Aspya. Had a great experience. Therapist was very thorough. Would 10/10 recommend.

Third visit here, lovely staff, clean, today we had body scrubs (smell delicious and with cooling yoghurt mask after - amazing) price point is pretty good for such a lovely experience. Shower for after with fresh towels. Therapists know what they are doing. And always able to book through WhatsApp so easily. Well done guys

Definitely spend the little bit extra and visit Aspya! Their customer service is outstanding and even the workers remembered my partner and I from our previous visit. Amazing treatments and would definitely visit again - make sure to visit the couples room if you're with your partner too.

I became their regular customer due to the service, friendliness and professionalism. Other places are cheaper but if you prefer a team who know their business and you want treatments in a clean, serene and welcoming environment this is for you. From facials, pedicures, hair spa and massage I rate them A+. I booked two massages. Both were not only divine but highly beneficial. The remedial massage left me with my back and neck vastly improved so I would strongly suggest this for those who might suffer, as I do, from back pain. The facials were thoroughly fantastic, our feet were left soft and in top top condition after the deluxe pedicure and manicure. I had an eyelash infill which was superb. Treat yourself. Indulge. Worth it and you deserve it. Enjoy!

My friends and I had a horrible experience at this salon.
We all booked in for lashes and we all came away extremely disappointed.
The staff were rude, unprofessional and weren’t willing to put right their work and made us pay 700 000 +
We have found lots of fabulous lash ladies now so please do not waste your time with this highly unprofessional salon.
I came away with less lashes than I went in with.
They have now blocked me from their social media.
Avoid at all costs!

Have just had a 90min remedial massage with Ketut WOW what a treat feel like he managed to get rid of a lot of pressure, highly recommend.

Grossly overcharged for services! An absolute scam. Went in with my family to have two facials and a foot scrub done. Staff knew we were together however decided to charge two services in one transaction and then the second facial after I had paid - thinking the first bill was for all three services. Do not recommend going here at all unless you feel like getting scammed out of your money for mediocre spa services.

This business keeps blocking the footpath with their sign, so my Grandmother has to walk on the road. Many times we ask them to keep the footpath clear, but they do not respect other people and only care about their business.

Incredible, the male masseuse was exactly what my shoulders needed. Amazing massage techniques and even managed to crack some deep areas of my back. The arm massage was also way better than I could have imagined.

Super friendly, and very reasonably priced (for someone from the UK) all be it slightly more expensive than others in the area, but most definitely worth paying the extra for the amazing service.

The front of house staff were also lovely, friendly and very accommodating.

Had my nails done here (gel take off and redo). The lady put 5 coats of pink on and you could still see through the gel. The gel had also creased on some nails. The shapes of my nails were not all the same and not even straight.
I went in the next day as they closed after I left the evening before and asked them to redo them as I was not happy with them. They re did them but the lady was actually quite rough with my nails and the filing hurt on a few of my nails from the heat and from her catching my skin with the filer. After just a day, my nails are already chipping and some nails have broken which I assume is from the over filing (maybe not an issue from them but still).
All in all not a great experience but they did try to rectify the issue; maybe not the best way to be as rough with a customer as she was with me.

Good strong foot massage, staff are super friendly and welcoming. I feel a major difference with other spa/massaging places nearby is staff seem to actually understand what they’re doing as I felt amazing after.
Would highly recommend to anyone in Seminyak

Just had the BEST massage of my life here. Ketut is magic. He’s trained with Chinese master and has his own healing skills.
Forget going to chiropractors and osteopaths this guy is AMAZING!
My nail girl was gorgeous too and spent that extra time making sure everything was perfect. Very very professional.
5 stars from me. Clean salon and up to date on latest products.
Highly recommend - worth every cent. Not expensive but not cheap. You get what your pay for and this place is top notch.
I’m going back tomorrow to get my feet massages and toes painted and a hair cut.

Highly recommend this place. I got silk lash extensions and they looked amazing! Natural looking and the beauty technician was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed. The customer service was great! I would definitely come back here when I'm in Bali again.
