Asam Garam @ Villa Balquisse

Breakfast price based on which other hotel you’re staying / how rich you are, scammy. No wonder it was dead and noone was eating there.

Love the place. Many greenery and traditional yet contemporary design. I chose the food package that tastes amazing with a great price per value.

Stayed at Balquisse and had breakfasts here. Good barista coffee, nice juices and clean tasty food. Service a bit uneven but very friendly.

Did only one light early dinner and had the most expensive plain spaghetti for my son that I’ve ever experienced.

Same but broader menue at Balique (same owner?) which we preferably would go to before here.

Loved EVERYTHING about this fabulous restaurant! I had the pleasure to be a guest at this hotel and I just wanted to stay on the property and relax, so I had all of my meals at the restaurant.

Every meal I had was excellent, both in taste and presentation. All the dishes served are fresh Indonesian food, with marvelous spices and sauces. The decor and design are dreamy.set in a beautiful, magical garden. It is just as beautiful in the day as at night. So very romantic!

The staff are kind and caring and offered excellent service. I look forward to coming back here the next time I am in Bali!

I had stay in The Shaba for 3 days 2 night and had the opportunity to try the breakfast menu in Asam Garam resto. What i like most about the food is they mostly serve homemade and everything feels fresh. Love the homemade jam and yoghurt. If you're a big fan of Indonesian food, i suggest you try the Nasi Goreng, the flavor is so authentic. The spicyness is enough to make you have festival in your mouth.
