This is not a hotel only guest room.
I book this hotel with breakfast but they don't provide me.

Lokasi didalam gang - tidak direkomendasikan jika membawa kendaraan mobil.
Namun lokasi strategis di central Ubud.

Kamar bersih, fasilitas sesuai dgn harga, tersedia teh kopi dan air panas yg akan direfill setiap pagi dan sore hari.

Jangan khawatir dgn nyamuk-meskipun lokasi kamar di halaman yg banyak pepohonan karna Host akan menyalakan obat nyamuk setiap menjelang malam.

AC bekerja dgn sangat baik
Air panas bekerja sangat baik - namun sepertinya daya tampung water heather terbatas jadi utk beberapa saat air panas tidak mengalir.

Tersedia minibar dengan inclusion air mineral 1x saat check in.

View kamar dgn pepohonan alami, beberapa tupai dipohon, suara burung, dan saat malam kadang kala bisa melihat kunang-kunang

Tidak cocok utk keluarga membawa anak2 yg berkemungkinan akan berisik sehingga mengganggu tamu2 sebelah.

Recomended for couple trip.

Definitely we will come back for staying in Ubud!

Very disappointed and hurt with the owner's behavior he is really polite and good with western guests but rude with asians, no breakfast option for vegetarian people and he openly said he don't like indian guests this kind of discrimination is really painful and even one who is not from India he should also avoid the places which discriminate against people based on country, race or ethnicity.

Central location of busy market street. Lovely breakfast, tea and coffee with flasks of hot water always available. Room very clean and serviced daily. Chilled, quiet, lovely garden. Owner very relaxed and friendly. On site parking for scooters. Access via gap in market stalls, through ornate gates but this is very common.

The accommodation was so disappointing that we left after 20 minutes. We booked this accommodation because it looked like a nice budget accommodation with good reviews. However, we cannot understand the good reviews: The room was full of mosquitoes and other insects because the wall had many holes for ventilation through which smaller animals could easily get into the room. The toilet was dirty and looked like it was moldy. You stuck to the seat. The rest of the room was clean, however. The room is in the backyard of several houses. This makes it quiet, but we couldn't find any lamps to light the way there. If you are afraid of dogs, you should definitely not choose this accommodation as upon entering the property you are immediately greeted by a large, barking black dog. The owner is very unhelpful and instead of helping us, he directly suggested us to change the hotel. He wasn't interested in a solution, he just tried to drive us out. To the owner's credit, however, we got all our money back.
P. S. The owner openly admitted that this was the second time guests had left straight away.

Great homestay!

Very clean and cozy. It is clear that the owners are trying very hard.
Large, comfortable bed

Breakfast is simply top! Fresh fruit and banana pancake with coconut flakes - delicious and filling.

Cleaning every day.

Absolutely great place in the heart of Ubud, staying here you can feel something authentic and Ketut is super helpful host (I had pain in my back and he brought some oils to reduce the pain, which was really nice). I do recommend to book directly. And of course - pancakes- first class:)

In Mai 2019 we stayed at Artja Inn for about 2 Weeks on beautiful island of bali. The Room was clean and had everything you need for an afordable price. WiFi was pretty good for balinese condition, very nice terrace and garden. Hot Water and Tea/Coffee always on the terrace and free and the everyday Breakfast is very delicious. Very central in ubud u can reach many places by feet 4 example monkey forest ~20min, also we highly recommend a scooter to visit the surrounding countryside of ubud. But our highlight was the owner of artja inn homestay, Ketut, which is probably one of the nicest persons we ever meet. Always friendly with a smile on his face and an open ear, taking care and trying everything to make you feel well at his home. If we someday come back to bali there will be defenitley a stay at artja inn again. We felt very well these 2 weeks at Ketut's place.

Really chill homely vibes.affordable, yet right smack in the middle of every thing. I've stayed in ubud numerous times but this is the most central location amongst all my previous stays. The homemade pancake & the folding up of clothes as well as the free mozzie coils are very much appreciated.
Only improvement might be the light permeating thru some of the corner rooms and the ventilation for the shower/ toilets. The farm like home front with chickens and cats and dogs running about and that talking bird is really an highlight for us.
