Aria Exclusive Villas and Spa

Discrimination while checking in: we arrived yesterday to the hotel as a group of four, two of us with white skin, me and one other person with brown skin, the reservation was in my wife's name (with white skin), me and my wife were sitting at the reception and my wife was talking to the guy at the reception to have the room, a lady walks up to me and asks "Are you checking in? " The tone was like she was looking down on me, clearly racially profiling me.

Very calm and peaceful place to start your Bali trip. It was very beautifully set up, private pool kitchen. Staff was very professional and understanding. Breakfast on roof top had a lot of options to choose from as well.

An oasis in the bustle of seminyak. Staff were amazing. The bed is unbelievably comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loads of great restaurants around too.

We stayed a few days in Aria at the very beginning of our trip to Bali. It was an amazing choice, we loved every single aspect of our stay - the villas, the staff, the food, the atmosphere, the services.
The villa was extremely pretty, spacious, clean and well designed. The staff made us feel at home, they were the nicest people we met on the island. Highly recommend staying there

Aria Hotel exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon stay. The villa that was booked for us was absolutely incredible, complete with a private pool and a beautifully designed and spacious bathroom. The modern design of the villa was both stunning and comfortable, and what impressed us the most was how clean it was kept on a daily basis.
The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff. Julia, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our F&B experience was nothing short of exceptional. She was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure that our honeymoon dinner and lunch were truly unforgettable. Her attention to detail and personalized service made us feel like VIPs. The Romeo and Juliette package was absolutely and brilliantly amazing.
Another staff member who stood out to us was Yuda, who works in the restaurant. He was always friendly and approachable, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. We loved how fresh everything tasted, and one dish that quickly became our favorite was the nasi gurang.
Overall, our experience at Aria Hotel was outstanding. From the breathtaking villa and its amenities to the exceptional service provided by the staff, everything was perfect for our honeymoon getaway. We are extremely grateful to Julia, Yuda, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Aria Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

We stayed in 7 different hotels in the whole island of Bali and it is a great hotel in terms of price and performance. If you are considering staying here, do not hesitate. Staff, room, breakfast all very good. Thank you very much to the friends at the reception and room service.it was nice to be there despite the rain.

In terms of the stay itself, absolutely good. It's spacious, homely and relaxing.
Highly recommended if you want a relaxing peace and quiet stay especially single and couple. May not be too suitable for family, mainly because it takes abit of a walk to the beach or food places. Main food, bar strip is about 5-10mins walk. Same for beach as well.

Very practical location to Seminyak square, Kuta and watersport activities. The staff are super helpful, rooms are extremely clean. Defiantly a great option

Stayed here for 5 days.
1) a little pricey (below are the reasons)
2) located quite far inside. Required a 5min walk (about 300m) to the street
3) beach is not close by (we had to use a back “shortcut” and it was flooded as we went in February (rainy season)
4) beach was horrible (very dirty) and no swimming allowed.
5) staff are super professional and super helpful
6) no buffet available. Only room service. We had the same fried rice/noodles for 5 days.
7) not much vegan/vegetarian choices for breakfast
8) room was huge and really clean
9) room service doesn’t change bed sheets (they only tidy up room) which I personally feel shouldn’t be the way especially for long stay.
10) our room was really far in (we had to walk thru the beautiful walk way (a forest like walkway) during the rain and it’s about 200meters in and so many insects/mosquitoes.

Yudi and Adhi were absolute legends! So nice and loved a chat. Cheap drinks and breakfast for the morning.

Beautiful villa. Lots of personal space. The service personnel was all very friendly and helpful. The pool was also frequently cleaned, and there was downturn service. However, There was so many mosquitoes! I got bitten so much, despite having 2 mosquito coils around us. The breakfast quality also wasn't great, but still edible.

The villas were beautiful and we felt like we were in a peaceful tropical garden. Restaurant was closed for renovations but breakfast was delivered each morning - fresh and delicious! We loved the open courtyard, private pool and outdoor shower. Location is Seminyak is good, close to restaurants and shopping. Yet the villas felt secluded and private. We will definitely return next time we are in Bali.
