Over priced & underwhelmed

I was booked in for botox & fillers. I wanted to look refreshed & still have facial expressions.
I went through what i was wanting.botox forehead & crows feet. Filler lower sides of mouth/cheek area & 1ml of lip filler.price quoted $700
My forehead is ok, but my crows feet appear as though no botox is there at all. Lips good.
But was told near end of treatment when laying on the bed that they could not do filler on lower sides of mouth/cheek area.i wasn't happy about the filler, but thought msybe they can't do it. But to be still charged $700. I waited 2 weeks to post as i wanted the botox & lip fillers to settle before i made any comments. I will now have to go & pay for it to be done here as i feel like only half of what i wanted was done.

Removed my moles here. The doctor and staff were high qualified and all the procedure last about 15 minutes. The price was also good. Highly recommended

Highly recommend this place for beauty procedures. I had an appointment with Dr. Chandra for the Botox injections. She knows what she does, very professional! I used to have botox injections in Russia and I’ve got the exactly same result as if I were to had it back at home

Absolutely Amazing experience these professionals took very good care of me.

From the moment I walked in as an emergency they could see my anxiety was high. There was not one thing about my temp crown that hurt not the needle, not the drilling nothing at all.
Also no pain overnight or the next day.

I attended another dentist the day before to only be told they could not help me I needed a bridge and there’s not enough time. I was then recommended to you guys and what a difference!

I have walked away looking forward to returning for some pretty major work that I have put off for so long due to the fear and costs. The prices here are 1/3 of the price compared to Australian prices.

I think this is the best facial clinic in Bali! I went to get the erbium laser and it worked like magic! I believe that Dr. Chandra Watisan is the absolute best, and if you decide to go to Arc Beauty Clinic she is HIGHLY recommended by me. I tried other clinics, but no one is as good as her!

I went to ARC today for microneedling with growth serum and am beyond happy with the service I received. From the moment I walked in I knew I had made the right decision. All of my questions were answered and Dr Chandra was fantastic, talking me through everything as it happened. This is the first of a few sessions but I can’t wait to see the results! Thanks ARC team. I wrote a negative review based on my experience.interesting it’s been removed.my advice don’t go there.if you do always get a second opinion.they wanted to charge me over 4th $ aus for what turned out to be unnecessary work after getting a second opinion. (dentist) they push getting veneers, caps.just about everyone in the waiting room we’re getting caps.the dentist looked at my ex ray and suggested 5 caps plus 100 $ for some sort of brace to wear during the night, day.

Will NO LONGER recommend Arc Clinic. Went to Arc October 2019. Had botox, was injected in wrong area between eyes and TOO deep. This was confirmed by an ophthalmologist here in Australia. Ended up in hospital the following day. Blurred and double vision. Saw an ophthalmologist in Bali. He was hopeless. Friend went back to ARC saw another doctor, explained the double vision. Told this had never happened before. Am I the only person that had ever had this problem? Lies! Ruined holiday. Am back in Australia and seen an ophthalmologist here, who knew what the problem was. Was told I just have to put up with the double vision for a few weeks. Meanwhile am off work. A word of warning to people having botox or fillers in places like Bali, if there is a problem, doctors don't really want to know and hospitals are useless because they are totally unfamiliar with this situation. People, do yourselves a favour and do not have these procedures in places like Bali. There is no recourse and it isn't that much cheaper. Some words of warning.

Recently got juvederm lip injections here and I love them! Very professional, good environment, nice and helpful staff and doctor. Had previously had my lips done in the states and I got the same results as if I were to get it done back at home. Will definitely be back during my next trip to Bali!
