It was really expensive. In other stores you will find the items cheaper. They were very unfriendly and you could not give back the items and they do not tell you this! I am very disapointet of this Shop.

Highest ratings to this Apple store! My husband and I are big Apple users, and in Bali we always go to Apple Market Store. I give them the highest ratings for integrity, perfect work, efficient completion, and great teamwork. Their technical team is very skilled. Sales team is knowledgable. Invoices are always in perfect order. We checked out ALL the other possible vendors in Denpasar and it was a very mixed result. So far we've bought a MacBook Pro and 2 iPhones. They also replaced the battery on my old MacBook and it works perfectly! We bring them the toughest problems, like how to register new WeChat account in a foreign phone number, and back the whole thing up to a computer. Whew! They did it perfectly. Be Carefull! They Sell Fake Displays as Original, for 1 Year i was there and buy a new Original Display incl Repair my Broke one, now i was again by an other Apple Service Provider becouse of Display Problems and they say i have a fake Display in my iphone! Be Carefull

AVOID! SELLS FAKE APPLE PRODUCTS They sold me a fake Apple mouse that broke in one day then refused to refund my money and were very rude to me.

I went into the Market Store with my macbook air. I had a problem with the keyboard and trackpad being unresponsive. Komang (super friendly and sweet) helped me and fixed the problem promptly. They also gave me water and coffee while I waited. Thanks so much guys! Hopefully I wont need to come back, but if i do have another problem, I won't hesitate to come to you.
