Impressive deep tissue massage. I’m a 6’2” 220 lbs guy and have a lot of knots in my back, however, they were able to get them all removed. Strongly recommend!

Excellent customer service, nice people, very gentle. My friend and I didn’t had to wait a second, they took care of us straight away. I’d highly recommend.

The masseuse was skilled but the overall experience was a waste of time and money. They told my partner to go upstairs and placed me on a bed downstairs for my massage and it was so loud because it is right next to where everyone gets their nails done. I asked to be moved and they brought me to a bed upstairs around 10 minutes later which was quieter.

I told the masseuse that I had sunburn and pointed to where it was. About 5 minutes into the massage a lot of pressure was placed on the sunburn and when I turned to ask them to stop pressing there I saw the masseuse had changed and clearly the message had not been passed on.

The masseuse spoke and laughed with her colleagues who were working at beds on either side of me for almost the whole duration of the massage. The curtains surrounding me where constantly opened and closed and people came in and out. It was impossible to relax.

I asked for the signature Balinese massage which is supposed to include stretching according to their brochure. I received no stretching at all. I tried to explain this afterwards but the employee at the till just repeatedly pointed to the price on the brochure.

My partner’s massage was finished 5/10 minutes after mine, even though his started earlier than mine. I did not time the massage but given how awful the spa is I think my massage was cut short as opposed to his being longer than it was supposed to be.

Amazing massage and pedicure! We walked in this morning and were able to have a massage and pedicure straight away. The massage was outstanding and we will definitely be coming back again during our stay

With upon trying many other Spa places this definitely has been my favourite… The aloe vera massage service here is incredibly affective for my surfing, with top customer service every single time. Will definitely be back!

Went for a Brazilian wax here with my friend. They waxed us together but it looked as if they were using the same wax pot which is so unhygienic. They had three women in there waxing me and the kept giggling which made me feel so uncomfortable as well. They kept going over the same section of skin trying to dab the hair out. This is bad for your skin unless you are using Lycon wax. I felt these women had not been properly trained and I am now also bruised. I am very worried about the hygiene due to the double dipping of the wax and the table I lay on looked as if it hadn’t been changed. I really would not recommend going here for a wax.

I had two amazing massages here. I've had muscle problems for some time and the deep tissue massage I had from Wayan is probably one of the best I've ever had.

Sorry for me its not comfortable.pertama aku pedicure standard disana.cuman mbak nya kurang teliti jadi ibu jadiku ada beberapa yang luka.mungkin karena remang remang juga disana.its so pain and i think she didnt realize it too kalau dia bikin luka kakiku

Trus aku juga creambath disana.which sofanya bikin creambath ndak nyaman.dan mereka ngeringin rambut hanya dengan handuk, tapi aku lebih prefer menggunakan hairdryer sih.jadi aku request buat di keringin sama mereka pake hairdryer.

Tempatnya bagus.hanya pelayanan nya menurut aku perlu di tingkatin lagi.

Went to this massage place multiple times and was very happy with the massage! Definitely recommend deep tissue massage. Prices are a little bit higher compared to places nearby, but you pay for quality.
